A men working on reception is very slow and rude . He fill all foam from us . There is no Wi-Fi in the room

normal holiday
very noise as in all Turkey hotel. But very good room and reception service. All inclusive food and drink it is not for everyone - the best way to eat and drink - restaurants near the hotel in the city center

Decent enough
Booked an economy room as advertised on Expedia and was quite disappointed when actually taken to the room on arrival - it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room décor was dated, holes in bedding, dirty curtains etc. The cleaning ladies were doing a great job but the room itself was far from what I expected. Hotel staff in general very helpful. Pool area was nice as well as the beach. Food - as expected in an all inclusive hotel of this category was not great, but there was always something to eat. The whole thing is geared towards Russians which make up about 85% of the guests. The animation team was fantastic - they did try to talk and engage with everyone, and even though the evening entertainment wasn't anything special they did work hard to make sure you're having fun.

Decent hotel for a budget holiday
Everything was good apart from room: it was noisy, you could hear people next door clearly. Also avoid booking room marked as economy, they are situated in noisy areas: Main Street, pool area etc.

Das Hotel ist zu klein für die große Anzahl der untergebrachten Gäste. Die Partybeschallung durch die anliegenden Bars/Restaurants stört nachts. Das Wasser im Pool war nicht klar. Laut meiner Familie nicht der richtige Ort für erholsamen Urlaub. Die Briten und Russen fanden es aber offenbar ganz toll.

Bra hotell
Vi hadde en helt super ferie. Vennlig personale og veldig god mat. Bare en ting å klage på, er rengjøringen på rommet. Gulvet var ikke ordentlig rent selv etter de hadde gått over med mopp. Sokkene ble svarte etter av å gå på gulvet i 5 min bare. Klagde og ble noe bedre, men ikke helt tilfredsstillende likevel. Vil fortsatt komme tilbake på grunn av at alt annet var 10/10 👌

Ikke verd pengene, selv om det var billig!
Hotellet så flott ut, men var dessverre ikke det. Rommet var stort og fint, men sengene harde og det luktet fukt på badet. Stille om natten. Dessverre gikk strømmen en natt, og de startet opp et diesel aggregat rett uten for rommet. Eksosen fylte rommet på få sekunder. Vi måtte kjøpe til internett. Dette er normalt inkludert i et 4 stjernes hotell, men det hadde vært greit om det hadde fungert, men det falt alt for ofte ute. Det var rimelig å bo der, men maten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Der i mot var det restauranter som hadde veldig god mat rett ved.

I överlag, bra hotell för familjer med små barn. Det fanns dock några saker som inte uppfyllde våra förväntningar, det städades alldeles för lite i vårat rum var tvungen att påpeka det och begära att det ska städas. Det fanns inte gratis Wi-Fi på hotellet utan man skulle köpa separat. Ingen barnpassning. Fick inte hjälp med att beställa taxi till flygplatsen utan vi fick promenera runt och leta efter en taxi själva.

Odalar 30-40 yillik 1980lerden kalma odalar sadece bi kısmı yenilenmis koydukları fotoğraflar ordan ama bize verdikleri odayla arasında dağlar kadar fark var. Yemekler kotu çeşit az. Cok gürültülü bir otel cok küçük bir alanda şehrin içinde sıkışıp kalmış. Havuz küçük. Aquapark dedikleri 1 adet dandik kaydırak. Denizi pis ve dalgalı. Personel cok suratsız ve laubali. Suratina bakarak cakkidi cakkidi sakız çiğneyip cay icin beklicen kahve de ekstra diyor aslinda müşterisi olmasan eğlenceli otel. Fotoğrafları buraya yükleyemedim ama baska yerlerdeki yorumlarimdan ulasabilirsinz.

Wifi maksullinen eikä sittenkään toiminut huoneessa. Hints ilmoitettiin euroina ja hotelli ei pystynyt ottamaan kuin liiroina vaikka kortilla maksoin ja kurssin takia tuli reipasta ylitystä luvattuun ja kun tästä managerille kerroin, ei ymmärtänyt tai siis ollut ymmärtävinään.. muissa hotelleissa Alanyassa kyllä voi eurohintaisena mikä sovittu kortilla maksaa. Siivooja tuli kun illalla ennen dinneriä suihkuun menossa.. ei meinannut puhtaita pyyhkeitä antaa ym.. lattiat niin likaset että kostealla ei varmaan koskaan oltu pesty.. Ravintolan ruoka hyvää ja hlökunta ok, tosin ei gluteenitonta ollut tarjolla esim leipää..

2 mal da, immer wieder.
Schickes Hotel mit wirklich schönen neuen Zimmern. Das Restaurant ist auch ein Restaurant und die Speisen sind abwechslungsreich. Sehr aufmerksame Kellner. Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl. Es war bereits der zweite Besuch und ich würde bedenkenlos wieder buchen. All inklusive halt sogar an der Strandbar. Publikum ist größtenteils russisch. Aber sehr nett und gesittet.

Positiivinen yllätys
Hotelli kokonaisuudessaan oli erittäin hyvä, Ruoka oli maukasta ja oleskelu siellä hyvin mukavaa. Ainoa haittapuoli oli hotellin sulkeutuminen. Siivous ei enää ollut niin hyvää, eikä ravintolassa toimineet kaikki laitteet viimeisinä päivinä. Minulle ei myöskään ilmoitettu, että joudun vaihtamaan hotellia 4;ksi viime päiväksi sulkeutumisen takia, vaikka olin tehnyt varauksen jo 5 kk aikaisemmin. Hotellin siivooja kertoi päivää ennen asiasta. Tilalle sain "samantasoisen" hotellin, mikä ei todellakaan ollut samaa tasoa. Jäi vähän paha muisto.

Fint hotel udover personalet!
Vi oplevede ikke at en eneste medarbejder i hotellet var smilende. Maden var forfærdelig! Vi fik kolde pommes fritter hver dag, og selvom vi havde all inclusive var vi nødt til at spise udenfor og betale ekstra under hele vores ferie. Jeg vil overhovedet ikke anbefale dette hotel.
