Homeless folks hanging around made me uncomfortable. Poor breakfast.

I was happy this was a dog friendly hotel. However, the carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and in the halfway by my door had fresh dog poop. Apparently, no one cleaned up after their dog. The halfway and elevator smelled like weed. There is an encampment of homeless people at the entry of the property and seem to roam freely throughout the property. If you're a single person traveling without a guard dog or gun. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff are nice and friendly and they can't help the condition of the property. That blame falls to management and ownership.

Very kind manager very helpful. Not a super safe area - lots of transients. Room and bathroom clean. Room air cool/warm at best. Called desk to let them know but nothing changed.

Upon checking I was given the wrong room with safety concerns that I brought to the attention of staff. When my room was changed the door keys didn't work and after several attempts to fix it, it never worked. The maintenance staff had to let me and still had to work on it while I was inside. Door was never fixed. Then entire night one of the bed in the room keep moving on its own and the entire night was full of loud noise, slamming doors & loud guest on all floors.
