"The hotel staff were all super nice. Most can speak English which definitely comes in handy trying to organise tours. The breakfast and menu is good but needs a bit more variety like pizzas etc. Very clean and safe. The only issue is you always need a transfer if you wanted to go to other places. If the hotel invest in a shuttle, it will be a game changer for them. Thank you, i had a lovely stay."

"The room was on an inner courtyard so was noisy as other guests windows and doors opened onto the same space. It was also below the stairs whuch cut through part of the room and meant when people used the stairs you could hear them too. I dont think the room or facilities good value for the price. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. She stayed with us for six days until she was taken by medivac back home to the U.K. Through it all, the hotel was kind, generous and understanding...

Breakfast staff were not too understanding with English, probably our problem. Hot offering was cold even at the start of breakfast, hot water was not hot enough for tea. They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. "Very clean hotel run by a sweet family. Small, each room is differently decorated. Located in a small town near several sights easily reached by car. We forgot something in room upon check out and they called us by phone to see if we wanted to come and get it. Breakfast is a bit sparse."

"Nicolo is the best. If you are unable to let him know when you are going to arrive, there is a number for you to call him to come let you in. We did that and he appeared in less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy, just across the street. Nicolo is a great guy and very helpful. Room is great. The whole B&B looks new and fresh. You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were."

"I stayed here for my first night on arriving into Palermo before setting off around Sicily. It was around 25 minutes from Palermo airport, and a nice location to stay after a late arrival. Great help to check in from my hosts even though I had been delayed on arrival through the airline, and also car hire collection was slow. Simple breakfast of pistachio croissants available at local cafe the next day and the room was simple, and adequate."
