Our stay at the property has been awesome due to absolutely amazing person at the Reception desk, Miss Claudia. She went above and beyond her duties taking care of all our needs. Thank you again!
The hotel did really well as a base for a city break. The staff are friendly and were really great at poiting out places to visit and places to eat. The hotel is a little dated but also undergoing renovation. For the price, it was excellent value for money.
Lovely hotel and the staff were amazing and friendly. My only concern is the noise from other rooms. Floors are tiled in each room so the noise of moving furniture really is loud.
The lady at front desk when I checked in was amazing. She told me what to see and gave me a map showing me where they are. 1 day is enough unless you want to do a boat tour 2 days are enough to see everything. The hotel is 10 minute walk to the main city and 15 to old town. Hotel is under renovation but my room was done and it was clean.
We wanted an overnight airport hotel. The Dom Bernardo suited admirably. It was very clean and functional. We did not take breakfast but tea and coffee were provided in the room and were replenished on request. The location was great, being able to walk to the shopping district, beach and eateries within 15 minutes.
Staff was great, easy walking to downtown, uphill on the way back (15 mins).
There are only 7 parking stalls and they are all small. There is free parking behind the church a block away though.
Property right in the heart of Faro. Good local restaurants. Staff was very friendly hotel was nice. We watched a soccer game at a local sports bar/restaurant called 5 Points which was fun. Nice spot.
The location is very good. Bedroom was big enough and clean . Staff was very friendly and professional.
The only bad thing was internet, very poor signal and losing connection often.
