Superb villa
We stayed over Christmas with 12 family members aged 8 to mid 70's. The villa is very well-appointed and has everything you could need. It's a 7-8 minute walk down to the marina but that was fine, it's very easy. We used ubers to get to supermarkets, they were cheaper than renting a car. The local area is lovely and overall everyone had a great time. The host was very easy to deal with and Rui the onsite property manager very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The only feedback I have is the wifi was very poor and the international tv channels kept buffering all the time but then again it probably got overloaded with devices. In summary a great villa and would highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday

Beautiful villa - perfect family vacation
We had such a lovely week away. We were four families with kids from 10 months to 7 yrs old all staying together. The pool was perfect to keep the kids occupied for the mornings before we got our act together to go to the beach in the afternoons. The spar grocery store only a ten min walk away. Perfect stay. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

Anniversary celebration
Beautiful outside space. The family really appreciated the salt water swimming pool. Plenty of bedroom space - ideal for a group of families. The kitchen is spacious and well maintained. We made good use of the BBQ. The location is ideal being a short walk to both the marina and the old village. Plenty of supermarkets in the area. We all had a wonderful week.

My family and I enjoyed this impressive villa. It suited all age ranges and more than enough space for us all to relax and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed cooking leisurely lunches and barbecuing and dining outdoors. The pool was perfect for the children to enjoy swimming and playing games. Ideally located for the teenagers to enjoy a little independence also. A great find.

Fabulous property
We stayed in the property for a week and had a brilliant time. The house was very clean anthe pool area was fantastic. Communication with Raquelle was great, she informed me of everything I needed to know ahead of time and the property manager in Vilamoura was on hand for anything we needed, which was nothing as the property had everything. I would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful spacious villa
We had a fantastic time at villa marina. It had everything you would ever need and more! So much space & a beautiful pool. We had it heated and it was worth it. Great communication from Raquelle throughout the booking process and Rui was informative and helpful also. Thank you both. The marina took about 20 - 25 mins to walk which proved a bit tiring for the young children. The neighbourhood itself was peaceful during our stay.

Perfect, will be back again!
Just returned from a weeks family holiday and the villa was absolutely fantastic. Communication leading up to and throughout the stay was swift and helpful and put you at ease. The villa itself, about a 10-15 minute walk into the marina (4euro taxi) was extremely spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cold beers in the fridge upon arrival were a lovely touch! Already discussing our return!

Excellent Experience
Whilst some have mentioned the neighbouring property, we had little noise during our stay. The pool is excellent and warm ( we paid for heating). The property is spacious and was perfect for our family of 9 but could accommodate more easily. The management company were excellent to deal with and very flexible. We would certainly book again.

The villa was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 teenagers/children. It’s extremely spacious and beautifully finished. The pool and terrace was perfect relaxing. Great locations, nice easy walk to the marina. The property next door can be quite noisy as it’s very large and attracts groups of younger people, possibly hen and stag parties. It didn’t bother us too much though. Rui, the property manager, was immediately on hand to solve an issues. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again,

Fabulous holiday in a fabulous villa
This is our second visit to your fabulous villa and it was even better this time, following refurbishment and the addition of a new BBQ area. My husband and I were there with all of our children and grandchildren and they all had an amazing time. The location is ideal so close to Vilamoura Marina and restaurants and we all enjoyed the pool and aircon. Hope we can come again!

Lovely Villa but very noisy
Lovely villa, great location, awesome outside space, management company were great. However there was lots of construction in the area and it was very noisy. What the property description doesn't say is that there is a property next door which is designed for large groups - during our stay 10 guys on a stag do followed by 24 ladies on a hen party. We were lucky as those groups were very well behaved but I would imagine it could get raucous at times.

Fantastic experience from the outset!
From first inquiry to walking through the front door the team could not have been more helpful!! Travelling as a multi generational family we were delighted to find a villa that came equipped with everything we needed for thr children, from highchairs to travel cots, strollers and pool floats! The glass surround around the pool provided peace of mind and all facilities could not be faulted. A 15-20 minute walk to the marina and 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket ensured we were never without what we needed. Would highly recommend the property for anyone visiting the area.

Family reunion from 4 countries
We rented this house for a family re-union during the winter holidays. Before our trip, Raquelle from the management company contacted me and was very prompt in responding to my questions and inquiries. She even put me in contact with a local transportation company in case we needed airport transport. I was concerned about covid testing and she sent me links to labs in the area. Both Raquelle and Rui (the person who managed the vila) speak perfect English and were accessible via email, phone calls and messaging on WhatsApp. Check in was very easy and Rui was committed to make our stay comfortable. While we stayed in the house, we had some incidents with plumbing and electricity and with each case Rui was quick to resolve the problem within 24 hours. Location: the town of Vilamoura is about 30 minutes from Faro airport. The house is in a beautiful residential neighborhood of Quarteira. It is within 5-minute walking distance to a grocery store and a good seafood restaurant and a 20 minute walk to the marina. Unfortunately, because of the Covid, the usually lively marina was mostly closed during our stay. A drive to Olhos (30 minutes away), Faro Center (30 minutes away) and the beautiful Ponta da Piedade is a must while visiting Algarve area. The house is nicely decorated (similar to the pictures), very clean, with spacious kitchen, dining and living room area, perfect for a group of 10-12 people. We found a fresh fish market within a walking distance and prepared most of our dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. The building has three floors, each floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement apartment has a separate kitchen and living area. During our stay we had some issues with the electricity and could not use the second kitchen which is located in the basement apartment. Having the pool was a plus, though in the winter days the temperature of the pool does not get higher than 22C degrees, we were able to take a swim on the sunny days. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Algarve area and this house was perfect for the size of our group of 9. I would've given an overall rating of 5, if it were not for some maintenance incidents while we stayed.

This property is perfect. I have not one bad thing to say. I stayed here with a party of 11 including 4 children and we had so much space we could have easily fit more people in! It’s impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. The outdoor/pool area was amazing. Very close to anything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This is an amazing Villa and we had a fantastic stay. It had everything we needed and has been really well thought out. The pool was fab, we chose to have the pool heated for the week and so glad we did as it was lovely for the kids and we couldn't get them out of it. The location of the villa is great, on a nice quiet road but within walking distance to the centre of town and the Marina. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we would definitely return.

Great Villa for a family group
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area. The villa was amazingly spacious and well equipped and had everything we could have possibly needed. The villa is split over three floors giving everyone plenty of privacy and space. The property manager was excellent. There is a Spar about 10 minutes walk but it worth walking a few extra meters towards to marine as there is a better supermarket called Jaffers that had a much better range. We will probably book this villa again due to its location and pricing.

It was just like home. We'll remember our 40 th Anniversary as the day we wed.
You are not wanting to leave. From start of booking to day of leaving, everything was catered for. Arranging the collection and returning to the airport. Holding of luggage . Value for the cost is 5⭐. So much space and facilities in abundance so no waiting for your shower. For a family holiday I don't think this would be beaten.

We recently had the pleasure of holidaying in Vilamoura and staying at this beautiful Vila. There were 14 of us in total, three generations of the same family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Vila was really nice, a lovely saltwater heated pool and plenty of room to meet all our needs. The furniture in the living area a little worn but besides this the Vila is of a high standard. The location of the Vila is ideal, close to supermarket and within easy reach of the marina. Thanks you to both Amy and Rui for all their help with booking and assistance during our stay. Well worth a visit, we hope to return!

We had a fantastic holiday at this villa it far exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and the apartment and two upstairs floors worked perfectly for three generations. Fabulous property in Vilamoura
My family are just back from a wonderful stay in this villa, we are a group of 7 adults and 3 children (aged 4, 3 and 6 months). It is perfectly located in a peaceful, residential area of Vilamoura - only 15 minutes walk to the marina and 10 minutes to the Old Village. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We requested the pool to be heated for our week's stay and it was always at the perfect temperature. The gas BBQ was very handy for the evenings we relaxed at home. The villa and its surroundings are kept in pristine condition. This villa caters perfectly for young families with its secure (yet stylish) pool area, integrated baby gates on the stairs, highchairs and large travel cots. We were delighted to make use of items in the storeroom which were either left behind by previous occupiers or provided by the villa owners (eg pool floats and baby items). Our experiences with dealing with Amy, Rui and Martin were all seamless from start to finish. So much credit should be given to them for making our holiday as stressfree as possible. We would return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic well equipped villa
3 generations, 13 of us came to stay at this villa and there was more than enough room. The separate apartment is especially nice to have. This villa is superbly located just a short walk from the Marina and local amenities and has a superb pool that I would definitely recommend heating, its like a bath tub. The villa is well equipped and finished to a high standard. Check in was easy with someone to meet us at the villa. We booked transfers through Amy and again I would recommend doing this. I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again, the best villa we've stayed at.

This property is fabulous in the pictures but has actually been done up since the photos were taken and is even more luxurious with every mod con and is so spacious and child friendly. We travelled with family and everyone had space from each other and was able to comfortably sit together when we wanted. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the villa could not have been more perfect. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Villa
This Villa is beautiful and had everything we wanted and needed. It was set in a well kept quiet neighbourhood only 10/15 minutes walk from the Marina. We had one member of our family who struggles with walking and on the occasions she could not walk, easily called a taxi which was never any more than 5 euros to the Marina. The online photos for this villa do not do it justice, the gardens are beautiful, the pool is quite large and it is far far bigger than we anticipated, it is very well equipped and we had mixed members of our family staying and we never felt like we were living on top of each other. All 9 members of our family who stayed loved the villa and Vilamoura and we will most certainly be coming back.

A fabulous Family Christmas Holiday. The villa is exactly as the pictures portray!
We booked the villa in July 2018 for our stay in December. Amy was able to answer every question immediately and with clarity. Henrique met us upon our arrival and was an excellent liaison. We had a small problem with lighting and he was at our door within 30 minutes of our text and sorted the problem immediately. He was most helpful in every way. There was bread, wine and other staples awaiting us upon our arrival. We shopped at the municipal fish, produce, and meat market in Quarteria for almost all of our meals Fabulous fresh food. Other staples were bought at the local grocery store in Villa Maura. It was a pleasure to cook and serve our meals in the kitchen and large dining room There were 10 of us and the villa had plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils ,and serving dishes. We rented bikes from a shop in Villa Maura and explored the area on the bike trails and some even rode to Loule for a day trip. Cabs and buses were easily available for day trips to Loule and Albuferia. We all spent a lot of time in Quarteria and that was an easy and pleasant walk from the villa. Thank you Amy and if we are lucky enough to return to Quareria, which we all would like to do, we will definitely stay at the villa. Ross and Marilyn Toronto Canada.

Simply Perfect
We had such a wonderful holiday and the villa and service from Amy was exceptional. No question was too much trouble and responses always prompt and helpful. Airport transfers arranged through Amy also great and reasonably priced. Rui greeted us warmly even though we dragged him out after midnight due to a delayed flight! We are a family of 11 and the accommodation over three floors suited us perfectly. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and the surrounding area was lovely. An easy walk into Vilamoura marina and not far at all from a Spar. Pool was the highlight for the kids and was heated prior to arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thanks

Milligan’s road trip!
We had a fabulous weeks stay here, there where 3 generations of our family and more than enough space. The house is amazing and very child friendly which was important for us as we had grandsons aged 5, 3 and 7 months. Having the pool heated was the best idea (thank you Amy for advising me on that). The harbour, beach and shops are within walking distance which was great. We spent a lot of time at the harbour it’s beautiful. I can’t thank Amy enough for all her advise and help she has given me since booking this holiday, she is very prompt in replying to messages. (Thank you Amy) Rui was also great in welcoming us to the villa. We had a blocked shower in the basement so I contacted him and within the hour it was fixed. Brilliant service. Thank you Rui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. There were 9 of us in total, 5 adults and 4 children and it exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautifully decorated to a high standard and there is lots of space. The apartment was a great addition so everyone was able to have their own space. The children spent most of their week in the pool, (which we had heated) and enjoyed playing with the pool inflatables that had been left. The outdoor space is perfect for lounging and eating, and we enjoyed using the barbecue. The location of the villa is excellent, Just a 10 minute walk to the marina at vilamoura and the nearby shops. The local area is quiet and clean. Amy was brilliant to deal with, and answered all our queries promptly and organised our transfers from the airport. Rui was also very helpful. Fantastic Villa
We booked this villa for our club cycling trip to the Algarve in October 2018. We chose this one for a variety of reasons. It has a large number of single beds (a lot of villas have too many double rooms). It is also a short half-hour transfer from Faro airport, and, because we would not have a car for the week, it is only 5 minutes by foot away from a decent sized supermarket. The marina and beach was also close for the couple of non-cyclists we had on the trip. The villa itself was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of room for 11 people and fitted with all the mod-cons you would expect these days and, most important, was very clean when we arrived. The villa has air-con, wi-fi, a barbecue, 2 washing machines, a well-equiped kitchen and a massive TV and everything worked, which is not always the case in rental properties. And of course, after a bike ride up Mount Foia, the pool is an ideal way to cool off. We didn't want the pool heated because not all of us would use it, but it gets a lot of sun during the day so it was by no means cold. Communication with Amy was excellent and she ensured that Rui was there when we arrived to show us around. Most people would view Villamoura as a golfing destination (there are golf courses everywhere), but as a base for a cycling trip it is excellent. Once you venture north of the east-west main roads there are plenty of picturesque villages for a coffee stop and virtually empty roads. As an aside we used yellowfish for our transfer and avalanche cycles for our hire bikes. Both gave perfect service. All in all I would highly recommend this villa and would certainly consider returning.

Fabulous!!
Beautiful, bright and modern. The house has everything you could want in it, fully equipped kitchens, utility room, even down to small trolleys to carry our shopping back with. The bathrooms and bedrooms we decorated lovely and so clean and modern. The pool and outdoor area were also brilliant, we could fault nothing!! We have stayed in a lot of other houses abroad and this was by far above the standards of all others. The service we received from HomeAway was also brilliant. Amy and Rui are so helpful and friendly.
