What amazing Villa, ideal spot close walking distance to Marina, we loved our stay there, my son was impressed with the basement games and T.V room. Would recommend this villa to friends and family.

Highly recommended
Beautiful property and immaculately clean. Everything worked. It is a short walk to the marina and the old town. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the open street parking for our large travel van was very handy. Thank you for sharing your property.

Wonderful and relaxing stay
We were a group of 9 adults and a baby visiting for a wedding. The layout of the house was fantastic and with many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for space and privacy for our group. We loved sitting outside and by the pool. The house was truly was an oasis from the busy town. Beverly also accommodated us to have a shorter booking which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful home
We had a family of 5 all adults. Thought house was closer to a beach based on the way it was advertised. House was clean and contemporary. Bed broken on main floor. Too warm to stay in lower level. Second floor had great bedroom options with bathrooms in all. The house had no paper towel an no Kleenex no shampoo so buy or bring. They have tiny tiny ants which owners say is very common but I feel like they should supply ant spray. Last day found a huge cockroach in laundry room. Just beware. But with all said we loved the house and its location.

The house is a 15 minute walk to Albufeira beach. Any of these other issues we would have rectified immediately had you notified during your stay. As per advert we do not provide toiletries other than toilet roll. The recent wet weather may have encouraged insects but this is fairly normal and somewhat out of our control Glad overall you had a great time. We have now installed air-conditioning in Basement Games room and Bedroom 5

Beautiful villa near the Albufeira marina
Outstanding villa with a lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers and three different areas to sit outside in the shade (which we needed because the temperature was in the low 30s). Large inside sitting area overlooking the pool. Excellent games room in the basement with a large TV, although we didn't use it much as we spent most of the time outside. Good BBQ which we used twice. Both inside and outside kitchens which could be merged into one by opening the bi-folding doors. Five good-sized bedrooms, most of which had air con. This was the perfect villa for our extended family - eight adults and four children under three years old. Villa was a short walk to the marina which had plenty of bars and restaurants. Even closer was a bus stop for the Giro 3 that went to the Old Town for 1.90Euro per person. Really good communication with Bev, the owner, before the stay. (Bev also recommended Yellowfish transfers - they were excellent, providing all the child seats we requested.) Very clear set of arrival instructions and house rules, with a good tour of the villa on arrival. Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough!

Wonderful holiday
We have just finished a weeks stay at the villa and we had the best time. The house is stunning, the swimming pool was immaculate and a great size, and the outdoor kitchen / bbq area / pergolas were perfect for us to all eat together as a group. The location is fantastic, very close to the marina and a short taxi ride to bigger supermarkets and other attractions like water parks. We were so sad to leave and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others, we would love to return again in the future. Without a doubt, the nicest villa we've stayed in 😊

A great space!
The property was great for a mixed group of friends and family with plenty of space for us all. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A great location too. Agree with a previous review about mats needed for the pool for little ones running around. But that’s the only niggle we had. Thank you for having us. We had a great holiday.

Amazing villa !
We absolutely loved staying at your villa, so close to the marina. The games room is amazing, we had so much fun playing pool down there. Very well equipped. Stunning pool, we were in the pool every day.

Amazing
From tbe minute we arrived and greeted by Joao to show us arround the villa and explain the various appliances etc, the rest of the stay was simply wonderful. We had intentions to go and explore the surrounding areas of the Algarve, but the temptation to simply laze around the beautiful villa was too overpowering and most days we simply chilled. Our party of 8 people all said the same, highly recommended and we would love to return.

Perfect!
As a family of adults meeting up, this was the perfect villa. Had everything we needed with lots of extras! Perfect location within walking distance to the marina. Loads of choice of restaurants for every meal, easy(ish depending on temp!) walking route to the old town! Great communication from Beverly and Joao who made everything just right for us! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing property - great for adults
The property is as good as it looks with loads of great features for relaxing and having fun. We really enjoyed our week there but it is not ideal with small children. The quality of the villa and the facilities are amazing. Outdoor space is brilliant with plenty of areas for sunbathing, relaxing and eating. The outdoor kitchen is superb. Indoors the lounge and games room give plenty of options for whiling away the evenings. The location is a 5 min walk to the marina where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. It’s an easy walk around the headland to old town and the main beach in about 20 mins. The only downside was that the pool area is not great with small children, the tiles are incredibly slippery when wet (not your normal slippery when wet) and no amount of “don’t run” stops kids from running so there were some bumps. We had 3 to 9 yr olds with us and had to be alert any time they were by the pool. The villa with adults and teenagers would be perfect so just letting people know this isn’t entirely perfect with small ones who don’t listen.

Birthday Celebration trip
Stunning villa! We loved our time at the villa. There was ample space for everyone. We loved the layout of the kitchen and how it opened out to the BBQ area. Unfortunately 5 members of our party did not make it - however that did not ruin our celebration of James's 60th birthday with other family members. The caretaker, Joao, was fantastic - always on hand to address our queries. Our host, Bev Ward, was fabulous. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you for making it memorable

Better than the pictures
We were a group of 9 people, all over 50, who spent a week at this amazing villa for a week in October. The villa is stunning, it has everything you could possibly need or want. The outdoor kitchen area was well used and became our very own night time bar area. Bed and Duncan were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property, the photos do not do it justice. Great location, a plush home from home where there’s lots of fun and memories to be made. We’ll definitely be back. Xx

Family holiday
The property was exactly as described and catered for all age ranges. The outside kitchen / bar space was excellent for nighttime dining whilst the marina, which was only a short walk away, had more bars and restaurants than we expected as we were planning on dining in Albufeira. The games room / cinema was great for the teenagers of an evening. We were lucky to meet Duncan and Bev who were able to give us a tour of the property when we arrived which was really helpful. We would definitely recommend the property and are looking forward to visiting again in the near future!

Lovely Family Villa
We had a GREAT stay in this house! We were two families with teenagers, and had the best time, it was perfect with the outdoor kitchen, poolarea, table tennis outside and the game/ playing room downstairs were the kids hang out every evening playing pool. We also appreciated that it was so close to the Marina, just 5-7 minutes walk. If you go here don´t miss the Beach Sao Rafael just 5 minutes away with car or 25 minutes walk..Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Fantastic Villa in a great Location
A group of 10 friends from Wales spent New Year in this superb Villa in Albufeira. The villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need, spacious, clean and had a fabulous entertaining/games room. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants and shops all within a short stroll. Albufeira’s. New Year fireworks display was spectacular. The weather was fabulous for the 5 days we spent here. The Villa had a beautiful pool, and spacious outside terrace. All in all, a perfect place to stay if you have a large group of you looking for a holiday together !!

Fantastic Family Holiday 2019
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful Villa, just loved it, well maintained and the facilities are faultless, you can see the effort that the owners put into when designing and adding their own touch, nothing beat getting into the pool on a hot day, chill out by the pool and in the evening BBQ and eating outside with the family you could not beat it, centrally located to the marina less than a 10 minute walk, Taxi to the old town €5, Supermarkets are close and you can stock for the BBQ and refreshments, The games room in the basement was very good and passed a few hours in the evening, neighbourhood is very quite and peaceful, The manager was very helpful with any queries that we had and when we rang with regards empty gas cylinder for the BBQ she came over first thing and replaced, Albufeira is a beautiful area and we will definitely be back and have no hesitation whatsoever in booking this beautiful Villa again. PS transfers to and fro from the airport were excellent.

Spacious villa
7 adults, 2 children, plenty of room for all, everything needed was there. Location was good few minutes walk to the marina which was small with a good choice of restaurants. Would recommend for a peaceful family holiday, games room was a bonus kept everone entertained whilst the children slept.

We stayed here in early may and had a time with 8 adults and a toddler. The house was very safe for our 2 year old and the games room and all its facilites were fantastic for all ages. The pool was a good size and the rooms were really nice. Thoroughly recommended for families Josh

Luxury Villa, 5 Star Holiday!
Unbelievable experience and stay at this luxurious villa. Everything a family and friends need during the stay, with so many activities to do inside the villa including table tennis, pool table etc! Also very short but beautiful walk along the marina to the old town! Would recommend this to anybody and they will definitely have a great holiday. My only regret is not staying longer!

More than a home from home
We stayed for 2 weeks in August, 6 adults and 4 children (7-14) This property has a real wow factor, finished to a high spec and fully equipped with everything you could ever want or need on your holidays. Location wise it was perfect for us too, 5 minutes from the Marina or a 25 minute stroll into Old Town Albufeira Could not recommend highly enough, this was our first Villa holiday and it was the best holiday any of us has ever had. We will be back!

Magnifique Villa !!
Villa incroyable, avec une magnifique piscine, de quoi passer un super séjour. Les photos ne mentent pas, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine de vacances géniale. A proximité a pied de petits commerces sur la marina, de belles balades sur le long des côtes typiques de l’Argave et à une vingtaine de minute à pied du centre ville d’Albufeira, tout en étant au calme. Merci encore pour cette location, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Traumvilla für Familien in Laufweite der Marina
Die angebotene Villa ist ein einziger Traum für Familien!!! Sie ist absolut luxuriös ausgestattet und bietet im Außenbereich mit eignem großen Pool, bequemen Poolliegen, den beiden überdachten Patios (Loungeecke und Außenküche), einem Esstisch mit eigenem Sonnenschirm sowie dem Garten um das Haus u.a. mit Tischtennisplatte mehr als ausreichend Platz für 8-10 Personen zur Erholung und zum Wohlfühlen. Vor allem die Außenküche mit Bar, großem Grill, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Spülmaschine, eigenen Schränken und offenem Zugang zur Innenküche lädt abends zum langen Verweilen ein. Der Innenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr luxuriös ausgestattet mit offenem Flur zum großem Wohnzimmer - mit Blick auf den Pool, 5 gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern, 3 davon mit „en-suite“ Bädern. Im Untergeschoß befindet sich eine eigene kleine Waschküche sowie ein sehr großer „Partykeller“ - ebenfalls mit Blick in den Pool - sowie Billardtisch, Kicker einer großen Sofalandschaft und TV mit Audio-Soundsystem. Im und am gesamten Haus sind alle Rolläden elektrisch, es gibt eine Alarmanalge und fernbedienbare Innen- und Außenbeleuchtung. Alle Räume sind separat klimatisiert. Die Lage des Anwesens ist unweit der Promenade der Marina (ca. 5-8 Minuten Laufweite) und dennoch absolut ruhig und von weiteren entsprechenden Anwesen umgeben. Alle Bilder entsprechen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr sehr luxuriösen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetem Haus mehr als nur wohlgefühlt und waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Great place for all generations
We were nine people, three families in one, with adults and teenagers who spent a great week in this fabulous house! The comfort was perfekt with bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful areas to eat, meet, play and swim. The close distance to the old city as well as the beautiful beaches was exactly what we wanted. The contacts with the hosts worked very well. I give my warmest recommendations!
