Lovely hotel
I really liked this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is small but well maintained. The room waa big and very comfortable, the cleaners do a great job. The food for breakfast was lovely and the bar menu is great for lunch. I would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful 2 night stay in a twin room with very comfy beds and a great breakfast! Very clean and the staff were great!

Fantastic
Hotel Topázio was great, breakfast each day was lovely, the staff could never do enough to help and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downside was there was very limited storage in the room. Before we stayed I saw some reviews about the noise from the nearby Kiss club but we didn’t hear a peep. Location was perfect, super quiet but barely a 5 min walk from the bustling Strip and there were 2 beaches within a short walk away also.

We are a couple in our late 40’s this hotel has big groups of young ppl - however it didn’t bother us or the other handful of older folk. Our room was smack bang outside the nightclub- so when booking ask for a room out back if noise is a problem for you! We arrived 4 hours before check in time and we’re greeted with smiles. The wonderful check in staff kept our bags aside and showed us to the pool and assured us they would have our room ready asap - which they did. ALL staff here are wonderful, helpful and always smiling. Clean modern hotel with a great breakfast. Offer to not have your room serviced daily and you get a €5 voucher to spend at the hotel bar/snack menu. The pool area is lovely, however the pool is pretty cold. Easy access to great restaurants and the beach. Our room was right across the road from the nightclub that opens at midnight and closes at 6am - it’s loud, really loud, however we had earplugs and are quite heavy sleepers so didn’t bother us. We actually really loved our stay here

The hotel room itself was nice, however the property is located directly across the street from KISS Disco which opens at Midnight and stays open til 7am, it is extremely noisy and a super inconvenience.

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying here, we stayed in one of the bungalow apartment rooms and it was perfect, it was true to pictures, clean and spacious - super convenient for a group of girls. The staff (bar staff in particular) was very friendly and welcoming. Location was right round the corner from the strip, opposite two supermarkets, 10 minute walk from the beach and was only a 5-10 min Uber ride to the old town/marina. Finally, I would definitely recommend getting breakfast included as we had a vast verity of food every morning which was lovely. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and the facilities were beautiful (especially the beans bags on poolside!).

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed our time there. However there is one thing that bothered us. We stayed in the room that was facing disco night club right across the street. So it was very loud and noisy till 6 am in the morning. We asked to change the room and was given without questions asked. Thank you very much for comforting our stay.

Hotel nice, but marred by disco
Room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Great breakfast and liked the pool area. However, proximity to and relationship with the disco club across the street meant loud music was audible from midnight until 6am, and many guests were patrons of the club so they were noisy at night (slamming doors, laughing in hallways, coming back drunk, etc.). So maybe better if you are wanting to party, but not so good if you want to get a good night's sleep.

Fantastic hotel - high quality resort that is clean modern and looks recently renovated and well maintained. Spotlessly clean. I had a great time with friends. The pool area is superb! Food and drinks great. Breakfast lots of choice and fresh. Cannot rate this hotel enough, my room was on ground floor back from reception and was quiet and peaceful. Beds are super comfortable and I slept better than at home! Cannot rate this hotel enough and cannot wait to visit again!

Staff at reception desk were friendly and efficient, helpful. Our apartment was just perfect for the three of us. Nice patio, comfortable beds. Property is in a great location near a small beach. Not too far to walk to the old town area, lots of restaurants within a half a kilometre on the strip. Chinese restaurant close by was really good.

The blackout does not block the sunlight and even the balcony light that stays on all night long and we can't turn off. The LED lights on the room's entrance does not turn off completely. It's a nice hotel, good breakfast, but impossible to have a dark room for a good sleep.

Due the pandemic we were unable to attend this hotel - after several calls and emails the hotel refused to refund us and told us it was safe to still visit. Even the week before the trip Portugal experienced a second wave of the Coronavirus and the hotel still refused to provide us with a refund for our stay. We’re extremely disappointed with this outcome and understandably everyone is going through a hard time and this situation made things just slightly more stressful. We won’t be using our credit to visit a place that operates like this.

Excellent apartment, checked in by Ana late at night she was excellent gave us lots of info. all other staff very good, apartment had all you could need even coffee machine with some free pods. Lots of restaurants around, old town about 20-25 mins away , new town 10 mins. There is a night club across the road was not open when we stayed but would recommend book apartment as they are at the back of hotel.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Pool area ok but very basic and small, and due to location limited in amount of loungers in the sun. Breakfast was good quality and enough choice. Service could be improved, by staff smiling and welcoming guests. When we arrived housekeeping had not left any toilet roll, I called reception and was told I could go down to collect some (As it was late and I'd had a day travelling, i would have preferred these to be brought to our room). I was also made to feel an inconvenience when I asked the cleaning maid to 'come back later' - when she wanted to clean - 2 of our group were still in bed! Girl on reception ignored us as we left for airport (no, 'thank you for choosing Topazio etc)... These are basic's.... and without them will make me consider looking at alternative properties when we return next year.

Bungalow was very good with good amenities, although could have done with simple things like a bottle opener. Location and environment generally good but only let down by a night club over the road which was quite noisy through night. Staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly.

Hotel guests were tortured by drunken people f(mostly British and Dutch) rom nearby disco and bar EVERY NIGHT FROM MIDNIGHT UNTIL ALMOST 7AM. It was almost impossible to sleep.. Until they resolve that problem avoid this place.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was modern. Beds were comfortable (great pillows!). Bathroom was spotless. Food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only things we wished were different: more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom (there was only one towel rack in the shower), having a box of tissues would have been nice, including body lotion in the provided toiletries, designating or allowing towels to be used for the beach.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms were great. However, there was only 2 mirrors in a room for 4 (including bathroom)- there were no plugs near the mirrors making getting ready for the evening difficult
