"Clean apartment with furnishings. Easy to navigate from Centraal station on Tram Line 14 to Artis stop. Friendly and cooperative checkin and during our 2-week stay. Had a slight problem with too much heating in apartment given faulty thermostat. Will return though. "

"The place is as advertised, small and comfy. Very well located although Saturday night the passerby’s were noisy. The biggest downsize was the tiny bathroom with a shower that was difficult to move around in. The toilet is in a separate adjacent room that is a bit unfinished looking. Having said that, bed was comfy."

"Lovely apartment in a great location for visiting Amsterdam! Very clean with comfortable beds. Perfect for two couples. Quiet neighborhood most of the time (except we did hear some loud voices on Friday night for just a short time as they passed by; but that was only the exception). Host/hostess was very responsive. We would definitely choose this apartment again!"

"Who wouldn’t want to stay in a real houseboat in Amsterdam….seriously? We so enjoyed our stay there. Out your living room window were all kinds of ducks swimming by. Nature is all around you. The area is very quiet at night which was what we wanted. Each evening, we sat around the kitchen table with wine, and charcuterie, sharing photos, and planning the next days’ activities. "This is a great apartment. Very convenient walking to places of interest. Also an easy walk from the Central Station. Lots of decent restaurants nearby, and host provided lots of useful info prior to arrival. Felt very safe here. Would stay again if we return to the city."
