The host went above and beyond with his communication. There were signs with helpful information and tips and a detailed house guide that had how to's for appliances in the house. Couple things we experienced: The inside had some sort of smell we weren’t sure what it was but it was bad enough to make us get an air freshener; the propane connection to the propane tank on the grill is broken and sprays propane from the connection which is a major safety issue so we couldn’t grill; we couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling fan but there was another one in there so all good. "Wonderful stay! We had 4 families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was steps away from the gondola so it was an easy walk each day (even in ski boots!). We were pleasantly surprised by how stocked everything was (there were plenty of paper goods, toiletries, towels, kitchen staples etc). The home had lots of high end touches that really made it even more special! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home and location to friends and family!"

"Property was as described and good for our family. Unfortunately we were snowed in, and left a day early when we got a chance to get out. Could use a bit more prep in winter months of ax accessible and smaller pieces of wood available. Indoor wood stove was great overall. House was warm and never lost power. Cooked meals easily. "This property is a GEM! My husband and I, together with our 2 fur babies were SO comfortable in this beautifully appointed riverside home. Quality furnishings, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen together with the in-suite laundry offered everything that we needed. The sunny deck with mountain views was the perfect spot for our après ski G&T and the clubhouse pool and hot tub was a treat after a day on the slopes. "Checkin was seamless. Cabin was a little dirty in some areas, but well appointed. No hair dryer, which was an issue due to such cold temps. Very cute cabin in very scenic area. As advertised, definitely need 4x4 to reach the cabin. What is not explained until you read the house rules printed in the cabin is that snow plowing is rare and no set times. So, if you have plans and are receiving heavy snowfall, you may have to cancel those plans as snow plow timing and availability are not promised."

Bed super comfortable, shower has great water pressure, washer and dryer in unit, kitchenette with all you could need, full size fridge, nice couch area and dining room set up.
