Wonderful Host
Helena was a wonderful host! Caring, available and accommodating to our needs travelling with a toddler. Apartment was great proximity to the beach, restaurants and markets all within walking distance.

Amazing stay for families
I went to Caparica with my family and we just love this apartment. Cozy and with everything that you need to be relax. Helena was a great host and she let us know every time that in case that we needed something we can count on her.

Portugal Experience
We stayed in Helena's lovely apartment for eleven days and it was very nice. It was centrally located for all of the exploring we planned to do. Helena was gone for a few days in the beginning, but once she returned she checked in with us several times to make sure we had no questions or issues. We loved our time in beautiful Portugal and would recommend Helena's aoartment as a good base.

Helena was a great host
Awesome stay. Super secure and the gardens are a delight. A few changes have been made in the apartment which are not reflected in the pictures. The best being the shower is now enclosed with glass walls and door. Pictures show a toaster but there was none. If we would have asked I am sure Helena would have supplied one. Description is a little off on distance to beach. More like 500 meters but it certainly beats the 1000+ kilometers to get to the nearest ocean from home. Great location to buses. Most bus drivers speak English so easy to communicate needs. Helena was very helpful in ordering a taxi for us for our return to the airport. We have already passed VRBO ID to friends if they should happen to visit that area. Thanks again for everything.

Great family holiday
This is our second time in Costa de Caparica, and first time using HomeAway. Was an excellent choice for our family. The place is very close to the bus stop in case you want to visit the city. Also a 5 min walk to the Auchan and a nice walking distance to the beach. My 5 yo was delighted to have a TV with all his favourite shows. :) For the baby, we had all that was needed (cot, the high chair ) . Helena, has been a great host. Very responsive to all our questions, and also very helpful.

Great location
Over we had a fabulous stay, walking distance to restaurants, markets and never ending beaches. Easy to get to Lisbon by a 22 minute ferry ride. Fabulous host, if they ever decide to travel to Victoria BC Canada we would love to see them again.

Friendly owners, good location but improvements needed.
Apartment has potential to be very nice and the owner Helena was very friendly however I felt the apartment could have been cleaner, utensils in the kitchen were dirty and thick with grease, I basically had to clean the whole kitchen before using it and the beds in the twin room are horrible, rock hard, like sleeping on a rock hard floor. Location of the apartment is good, everything with walking distance. Like I said owners great and apartment has great potential but unfortunately the standard of cleaning was poor and the beds were the worse beds I have ever experience and after a long day exploring the city you need a good nights sleep which was impossible in their beds.

In Freiwohnung befindet man kein einzelne sauber Glass oder Geschirr, wir haben Spülmittel gekauft und müssten selber vor benutz spülen. beim warmes Wasser erst tag kein warmes Wasser bis repariert wird(Nicht vorbereitet) das Haus richt wie man in eine Hütte ist. und Kalt. ich wurde auf keinem fall vor Mail einbuchen. im Wohnung habe ich einem Tag vor abreise zwei Kamera gefunden die eine in Wohnzimmer und andere in Flur wo die beide Schlafzimmer statt findet, keine jetzt ist verantwortlich ich habe jetzt mein Rechtsanwalt startet

Localização excelente
Tivemos momentos muito bons ao se hospedar nesta vivenda. As fotos do anúncio são fiéis ao que encontramos quando chegamos e a nossa anfitriã foi muito atenciosa. A localização na costa da caparica é excelente, perto da praia, de todo tipo de comércio, de ponto de ônibus caso precise se deslocar para outros locais e a apenas 30 minutos do centro de lisboa. Recomendo com certeza!

Bon endroit mais manque d'authenticité
Endroit bien placé car sur la côte portugaise à 2 pas de Lisbonne. Cependant, beaucoup d'immeubles et de rues sales a proximité, ce qui ne reflète pas vraiment la mentalité portugaise. Population trop cosmopolite a mon goût. Le logement est propre et parfait, dommage qu'il soit situé sur un grand boulevard où la circulation est tres bruyante.

El apartamento es muy confortable, cocina bien equipada, salón amplio y habitaciones cómodas. El apartamento respira a vacaciones, decoración entrañable. La propietaria, Dona Helena, estuvo atenta en todo momento a nuestra estancia. La Caparica, aunque un poco descuidada por parte del ayuntamiento, tiene muchos restaurantes muy buenos para comer pescado y unas playas interminables de arena fina aunque muy peligrosas para el baño. El único inconveniente es cruzar el puente 25 de Abril. Con todo lo hemos pasado estupendo

Fijn verblijf gehad. Wij zouden graag in de zomermaanden terug komen.
Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad met onze drie kinderen van 6, 3 en 1. Het appartement ziet er knus en gezellig uit. Deze tijd van het jaar was het niet heel warm dus we hebben niet veel gebruik gemaakt van de buitenruimtes i.v.m. het weer, maar het waren fijne ruimtes. Er was een campingbedje aanwezig voor de jongste. Voldoende schone lakens, handdoeken, strandlakens etc en opbergruimte voor onze kleding. I.v.m. onze kleine kinderen stofzuig ik graag regelmatig. De stofzuiger in het appartement was oud en zoog niet goed, maar de gastvrouw zorgde heel gauw voor een nieuwe. Heel fijn. Verder was alles aanwezig in het appartement voor een goed verblijf. Mochten wij terugkeren in de zomer, maken we graag gebruik van het zwembad. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, maar het was niet storend voor ons. Supermarkt, apotheek, winkels en het belangrijkste....het strand zijn op loopafstand. Veel restaurants in de omgeving.

Apartamento muito agradável
O apartamento é muito agradável e está equipado com todos os equipamentos como descrito. A anfitriã (D. Helena) é muito disponível e simpática. A localização é bastante boa, próxima das praias e de comércio, porém estando localizada numa rua principal torna-se um pouco barulhenta logo pela manhã. No entanto, aconselho vivamente esta propriedade para passar uns bons dias de descanso perto da praia e com acesso fácil a Almada e a Lisboa.

Lugar muito aconchegante, lindo!! Eu e minha família nós sentimos em casa. Helena muito prestativa e sempre que precisamos nos ajudou com um belo sorriso no rosto. Prima verblijf en redelijk dicht bij de stad Lissabon
De gastvrouw is reuze aardig en hulpvaardig en reageert zeer snel bij een WhatsApp-bericht. De woning is gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle benodigde spullen. Op de slaapkamers is niet veel te merken van het lawaai aan de voorkant van het huis. Na enkele dagen Lissabon te hebben bezocht, kan men vanuit deze vakantiewoning de heerlijke standen bezoeken die in de nabijheid liggen. Het busstation is ideaal gelegen achter de woning. Echt minpunt: de matrassen zijn niet comfortabel en zouden vervangen moeten worden.

Schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen , Nette Gastgeberin, Strand und Supermärkte alle fußläufig locker zu erreichen, am besten hat man vor Ort aber ein Mietauto um flexibel zu sein ( nach Lissabon hin und zurück geht aber auch mit Bus )

Un beau séjour pour nous au Portugal, malgré un temps incertain, nous avons pas mal visité : Sintra, Cascais, Setubal, aquarium et téléphérique de Lisbonne.... Et profité de la plage lors du beau temps. Les commerces proche du logement sont très pratique, avec de larges horaires. Hélène nous à très bien accueilli malgré notre large retard. Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr gekümmert. Nur für zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder etwas klein. Und einziges Manko: Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und die Fenster sind nicht gerade Schalldicht!

Costa Caparica est proche de Lisbonne (15 min du centre) sauf heure de pointe .. appartement propre et bien équipé propriétaire disponible parlant bien le français lieu de résidence bien situé tant pour visiter Lisbonne que pour passer des vacances près de la plage 🏖

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung so wie auf der Homepage bei fewo.de beworben! 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum, Küche, Bad,Balkon, Flur, Wunderschön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. W-Lan perfekt Es gibt einen hauseigenen Pool, den man nutzen darf Lage war für uns perfekt, direkt am Strand von Costa da Caparica. Gegenüber von Lissabon! Wir waren öfter mit dem Mietwagen dort. Achtung in Richtung Lissabon wird Maut fällig, wir hatten im Mietwagen ein automatisches Lesegerät. Anfang April war bei unserer Reise am Strand und im Ort noch nicht sehr viel geöffnet. Hinter dem Haus liegt der Busbahnhof! Genau so schnell errreicht man einen Supermarkt! Die Zimmer und die Küche waren sehr gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Leider wurde es bei unseren Temperaturen ( 12-15 Grad) nicht richtig warm in den Zimmern. Sofort nach der Buchung bei fewo.de schrieb uns die Besitzerin eine Mail und war auch anschließend über Whatts app jederzeit sehr freundlich erreichbar! Uns wurden elektrische Heizgeräte für die Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, da wir leider eine sehr kalte Woche gebucht hatten Strand ganz nahe! Bei Wetter wäre der hauseigene Pool zu nutzen gewesen! Wer sieht , dass es in der Reisezeit nicht angenehm warm wird, warme Kleidung auch für in die Wohnung einpacken. Mietwagen von Guerin alles sehr gut geklappt! Fazit:) bei Sonne wieder dorthin!!

Bonjour Helena, Merci pour l’agreable séjour. Je ne vous connais pas, je ne vous ai pas vu, mais je peux deviner votre belle personnalité. Chaleureuse, accueillante, agréable. Nous nous sommes reposés et avons été chanceux car la température était de notre bord. Ensoleillé, chaud. Je recommande votre résidence à tout le monde c’était impeccable.

Cosy flat next to the beach
Very nice and cosy flat. Perfect opportunity to combine a beach and city trip. Only two minutes walk to the beach. There is also a nice pool which you can use but have to share with the hosts. The hosts are very adorable and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Helenas flat is very neat and well equipped!!!
Hey guys, if you are looking for a very nice, good situated and good value flat then you make a good choice with this accommodation. The flat has everything you need! For us it was very comfortable that even an umbrella for the beach, salt, pepper, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, body wash etc. was already existing. So we didn't have to buy every little thing and if you travel with small luggage it is great to have those things already available. For some groceries you have a little supermarket just around the corner (5 minute walk) and the beach is pretty close as well. If you plan to go on a trip to Lissabon you will find the bus station directly behind the house. The bus drives all the way to the city and you don't have to change the bus. It takes you about 30 minutes to get there - depending on the traffic - one way cost about Euro 3,30. Helena is a very friendly person and helps out every time if you need her. They have a little pool in the backyard and offers us to use the pool as well. There are just two little little little things I would like to mention. The bed was a little bit to hard for us but we used the blankets from the other bedroom to lay on ;-). The other point ist, that the flat is situated on a bigger street so it might be sometimes noisy. This wasn't so annoying to us because we were out all day and for the nights we had some earplugs. For us these two thing weren't really mentionable but maybe other people are more sensible. For us it was important that the flat is close to the beach, equipped with a washing machine, a balcony, a good price ;-) and a good connection to get to Lissabon. Muy atentos y con muchos detalles. El apartamento está en una zona muy cercana a la playa y bien comunicado. Se aparca muy bien en la zona y los titulares son amabilísimos y muy atentos. Muy recomendable.
