It was well located spacious room. Bus coming from airport dropped you off on the stop right out there 10 steps from front door. Food around the area good. Continental breakfast small variety but good and fresh bread love it!. Beach walking distance. Staff nice but extremely nice and helpful were Tiago provided to us with accurate transportation info back and forth from Lisbon and locally he gave us options to use from cheap to high. Ali was great as well with directions, kind and proffesional helping us he was kind enough helping us with our breakfast to go since he had to be early at the train station before breakfast was served. Last but not least a kind Lady at front desk day shift patient and kind to us. Thank you! PS. I would think may having local channels on TV would be great since I like to watch local news

Our room was quite small. Hard to get around the bed. No sitting area except on the bed. Need more coat hangers. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

WOT Costa da Caparica.
The hotel is in very good condition, and the price is really reasonable especially as it includes breakfast. It is an ordinary European breakfast with enough options. The rooms were nice, you can see it is an older place that the owners renovated to look modern and be comfortable. As it is a bit far from Lisbon Central, bus 3710 easily gets you to surroundings for only €2,60. The beach is very close to this hotel with an amazing sunset to end the day or just a nice morning walk/jog next to the ocean.

Good location close to the beach. Many restuarants, 3 minute walk to bus station (Bus 3710 takes you to Lisboa) .(Lisboa Card does not work in Costa ) Good breakfast. Clean and safe inside Hotel. Polite staff answered many questions in a profesional and friendly way.

When we first arrived there was no one at the desk to check us in, we waitied about 30 to 40 minutes.

A must to stay hotel that is great in any sense cost and services. About 20 km from the Lisbon central, but it is near a beautiful beach. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Love it and thanks for all best services.

I had to ask the receptionist if the cleaners could clean the room and bathroom floor because it was not cleaned. On my 2nd night my child vomited by the morning I asked if the cleaners could give the floor a wash due to the incident but I had to end up doing it myself. I spoke to the receptionist Edvaldo on my 4th night and he had to pass my complaint to their supervisor and finally my room was cleaned on my last morning in that hotel. Unfortunately very disappointed with the service.

The hotel was very run down, the elevator didn’t work, the towels were thin, the front desk people had difficulty multitasking and took a very long time checking people in. The hotel emailed and asked us to do an online checkin and put in my passport and credit card numbers but I still had to do it when I got there so I wasn’t sure the point. The AC was sketchy but there was also a small fan in the room which helped keep us cool at night.

We had the balcony room that looked out at the Main Street. Decent size, tidy. The shower is so small that you need to leave the door open to be able to wash your hair. Dated but functional. The staff is lovely and the receptionist are helpful and have great English skills. The breakfast is average, but what you would expect at a low cost hotel. The location is close to shops, the beach and buses. It would have been nice to have had a kettle, etc in the room. Unfortunately, the lift didn’t work on the last day, so my husband had to lug cases down 4 flights of stairs. The property is crying out for maintenance, with sticking doors, a major water malfunction and generally tired decor. However, it’s value for money accommodation.

Vi var 14 overnat her på Hotel.Personale er venlig,hjælpsom,smilende ,selvom nogen af dem kan ikke tale engelsk . Men det eneste vi syntes at morgenmad er altid det som hver eneste morgen og man bliver træt af den hvis du bor flere dage på hotellet .
