decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they should just supply a nespresso machine instead. This is a place that does and provides the absolute minimum for maximum cost savings. Honestly I get more for the same price elsewhere in the area

The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again.

Great location in Old Town. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great dining options close by, lots of walking and shopping close.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Property was clean and customer service was excellent. Breakfast options were limited.

We loved our stay here. My new go to hotel in Zurich.
