Very warm welcome, a cute room with a very comfortable mattress, super clean and the shower was nice and hot. Great deal on our route.

Nice budget lodging!
This is an older motel, but the rooms have been updated. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean with the exception of a couple of dead crickets on the floor.

We came to town for the College Rodeo and we were late getting in. Check-in was super smooth, the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay over, I would highly recommend.

Clean, good value
The motel is undeniably old and does not look impressive from the outside. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. This place is a great value. I have stayed here a couple of times and will certainly go back. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean with a comfortable bed. For the price it is a win.

The room was clean, and nice for the price for sure, the bed to me wasn't comfortable, but that's not saying anything bad, overall I'd say it's a nice place to stay.

Staff was very friendly! Had to ask for additional toilet paper as they only provided 1 full roll of 1ply for a 3 day stay..... A/c worked well but had to stand on a chair and take a picture to know which buttons to push to operate it, as it was close to the ceiling. Room had outdated carpet and bed spreads. Bed was not comfortable and blankets had stains. Large gap between door and floor allowing bugs to come in. Needs updating desperately, but it was clean and the staff was great.

Fridge had a hot pocket and 3 bottles of Crown Royal left in it . Microwave was disgusting. Walls so thin we could hear the guy next door snoring all night . No light covers so light was blinding. Grounds were filthy . The owner was very nice but I would never stay here again.

For the cost, the accommodations were fine. One thing that was bothersome was the air conditioning unit. The unit was a bit high and hard to reach the controls.

Manager was extremely courteous and professional. We came in early from our 8 hours drive and was able to check in 1.5 hours early. Room was clean and beds were comfortable

Good for the utv takeover
I stayed here for the utv takeover 2021 and it was awesome. They were very nice and theirs enough room in the dirt area for trailers, the loves acrost the street has 91 octane at the pump and ice and drinks. Only small gripe i had was their were some dead bugs in various areas in the room. Will stay here again if my camping fills up

It was a dump. It was like an old Motel 6, only with a bad smell. I had to spray perfume to try to get rid of the smell. I also found a tick in my room. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other choice.

I liked the fact the door to the room was right where you parked, owners were really nice, room was cozy with wonderful running hot water and it was perfectly located in between the Salt Plains State Park and crystal dig site and Waynoka.

Nice motel, good value
The motel is obviously pretty old, but it has been updated and cared for. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has been updated with nice tiling and a new shower stall. Nothing fancy but for the low price I wasn't expecting luxury. Cable with flat screen TV was nice. No breakfast though. I would stay here again.

Room was clean, a/c worked, staff very friendly, price extremely reasonable. Walking distance to restaurants. Room could use additional luggage rack on floor and additional hanging rack, motorcyclist traveling together need additional space. Lawn chairs outside the room would be a plus.
