My family and I had a bad experience with this hotel. Upon arrival I had to change rooms due to strong odor of smoke in the room. They changed the room and the second room had dirty floors and dirty restroom. The hotel is rundown and needs a serious update. Not recommended.

The room smelled musty, the floor felt dirty. Although the bed and the other furniture looked clean. At breakfast, the egg looked like it came from a machine and the sausages were cold or raw. The worst thing was the ice machine on the second floor. It was dirty, dented, and broken.

We had a neighbor whose dog would not quit barking. Called front desk. They said they would handle it. Called 3 more times and the front desk lady acted like she could not hear me. I called using my cellphone and she again stated she would handle it. It barked until after 6 in the morning. Went the next morning and they said they would tell manager. Would not even call manager for me.

If you're on a tight budget, this is actually a great value motel. Yes, the age is showing on the exterior of the building. But they've made the effort to do so renovations that help make the room comfortable and clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. The breakfast was good. My 5 star rating on an older property needing some exterior maintenance is because the price, relative to the condition makes it a great value motel. No complaints for a good nights sleep here.
