"This was a good value overnight stay for central Utrecht, and great to have the private bathroom facilities. The room only has floor radiator that you can control, but I found it would only heat the side of the room nearest to it and not the rest of the room towards the bathroom. It wasn't a terrible issue, but a little irritating to be so cold everytime you walked to and from the bathroom. "I Will Tell you something about our trip.... It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel. "The house is adorable and looks just like the pictures. Communication with the host was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. It is worth noting the second bedroom does not have a door = no privacy. Overall it was a lovely stay."

"Arranged for late checkin and was given instructions to obtain key from lockbox. Not advised there was a security gate that required licence plate number to be provided for access. Had to park and walk to unit in dark with two small children. There were no towels provided and had to purchase them in morning. No hand soap in unit and only one roll of toilet paper for four people / four nights. "
