At check in Ahmad was on our arrival very friendly and helpful On checking out Mahmoud Adas was on duty and he was very friendly and nice too

Smelly room
I was given a very smelly room. I complained about it but nothing was done. At the end they just said sorry. The kettle was dirty and had some food. I made cup of tea with the dirt in it. Only found out the next day.

Great place and amazing taxi service
We had a great time at Ayass Hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great and delicious breakfast buffet. We loved the food. The most important part was the hotel taxi experience. The hotel taxi was a very good and comfortable sedan. Our driver, a gentleman called Taleb Abbady, was a fantastic person. He knows everything and everyone in Jordan!! He showed us around the place, knew a lot of details - not just historical stuff but also local information, good travel hacks and lovely person overall. Our trip to Jordan would not have been half the fun it it weren't for Taleb. We thank Ayass Hotel for the taxi service and making us meet Taleb. Anyone visiting Jordan and staying at Ayass should ask for him.

I reserved a room at this hotel only because they have a fitness center only to find out once I arrived that men are only allowed to use it after 7 p.m. ???? Men are also forbidden from using the pool before 7 p.m. ???? They entered my room without permission on the first day while I was out to stock the refrigerator although I told them when I left not to . Wasted money. Wasted trip.

A very nice hotel, but for westerners bear in mind that it has strict muslim rules for use with the gym/swimming area, so it is sex segregated. This was inconvenient for me because even though my son is still a child, he could not go swimming with me and therefore neither of us could use the pool. :(

Perfect location for business trip
The hotel is in a good location near restaurants and shops, and within 10 mins taxi of the business park. The facilities were ideal - everything I needed for my stay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ok, the sheets are old and stained also I think they were remodeling because starting at 7am we would hear power tools and banging every morning, the walls are thin we could hear guests all night talking outside the rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious and it is in a good location not too far from airport and a lot of restaurants and shops near by. Overall not the best or worst expiernce would probably stay again if visiting the Dead Sea or Mt. Nebo

Room cleanliness is below standard. Smoking is allowed in the lobby, main hall and breakfast room. The reception staff are in need of training. As my flight was early and i had to leave at 6-30 in the morning, the evening before I have asked at the reception desk to get me a cold mini breakfast to the room for tomorrow, the answer was that I had to pay five dollars for that. I told him that I have already paid in advance for bed and a buffet breakfast, and shouldn't pay twice, he told me that's the Hotel policy, not even apologised!. I had to write a complaint to the manager who came up, apologised and sorted out the problem.

I stayed several times and noticed the decline in standard. Food is poor, I had dinner twice and was disappointed. breakfast is boring as they offer things that were prepared the days before. Still I might stay again only because my friends are familiar with the place This hotel is just OK, nothing more.
