Please double check the bathroom for sewage the room I stayed in had a sewage smell in the bathroom with the shower and tub.I dealt with it as I was with a friend next door and was told the rooms close by were not available. In addition please have flyers about the shuttle to the boat and not the city centre translated to English it’s a bit deceiving if you cannot read Dutch.

Fantastic place, great option if driving!
Wonderful place if you have a car or can make the shuttle/ferry service option work with your schedule. Everything think was clean, nice, and comfortable. Kids and I had fun in the pool, which was heated to a nice temperature. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Worth the splurge at least once. My only hesitation would be if I didn't have a car and my travel plans didn't work with the shuttle/ferry service. It would be pretty hard and expensive to get around in that situation and would make it difficult to see Amsterdam and other nearby sites. If you do drive, there is a car park called ljdock where you can park all day long for $15 if you book ahead online, and you'll be within walking distance of Dam Square. If you really want to save, just do the P+R (park and ride), but you'll need to do your research ahead of time. It was nice to be able to use the car to visit Keukenhof and Zaanse. Also, used it to get to Van Gogh museum, but I wouldn't dream of trying to drive anywhere near downtown! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Everything about the hotel is fantastic as long as you can make the location work.

Had a great experience here - the hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. Had one meal at the restaurant and it was way above my expectations (plus the burger was ne of the best I've ever had!). Initially was hesitant over the location as it's beside a motorway and nothing really around it, but they have a regular shuttle service (10 mins) to the ferry point which takes you to Amsterdam Central which worked out great for us.

Nice, quiet Rooms despote noisy location. Shower didn’t work and drain in shower was poor. Iron in the room had some residue from prior ironing on which damaged my shirt. They fixed everything though.

Lovely Hotel
This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. It was also very convenient that we could purchase tickets for entry into museums etc at reception. If you have a car there are a number of restaurants close to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

I did not like the location. It is far away from any attractions and you need to use taxi all the time to get to any destination which represent extra cost not aware of on booking. shuttle bus works during weekends only and not available all day just 3 times in the mornings and 3 time return in the evenings finishing at 8:30 pm. So you can't stay late if you want to enjoy late evening. The hotel is very close to motorway and rooms from that side are noisy. There were mosquito in the outside balcony of the room, so it was not possible to use. The good things about it that the reception staff are polite but not smiling. The breakfast food was of very good quality and variety.

Otherwise, there is always the option to take a taxi to the NDSM-werf for € 15,-, from there on you can take the free ferry to Amsterdam Central Station. Good Location for Amsterdam Park & Ride
OK overall and very modern, but the washbasins have no plug to hold the water in, which means you have to constantly run the tap. And this hotel rates its green credentials? Much more positive is the underground car park, which apart from keeping the car dry also has unusually large spaces (wide and long) suitable for large cars without endangering the paintwork when opening doors. The restaurant was also good. In-room TV info about the local area was very helpful, but the restaurant menu wasn't viewable on it.

Beautiful new hotel to the north of Amsterdam. Easy 10- minute taxi to the city; shuttle provided by hotel Friday-Sunday. Spacious, clean rooms, helpful, professional staff, excellent breakfast buffet for 15€ and very reasonably priced dinner in the restaurant. Meals are ample and delicious. Excellent value for both accommodations and restaurant meals. Highly recommend.

Amsterdam winner.
Had a great stay here as it was local to the NDSM docklands music festival we were attending. Great facilities, wellness centre and casino on site. Great breakfast. Recommend it.

Quick 3 day Business Trip
Great trip, wonderful accommodations. Staff was wonderful and very responsive. Clean and updated rooms no complaints from the hotel stand point. Felt the Food and Beverage was a bit lacking in quality and choice, especially as there is nothing near by for alternatives. Overall would stay again and encourage others to as well.

Great hotel, very polite and professional atmosphere. Easy to get to town content €10 on an Uber and you are there. Only down point is, no milk for coffee in the room, just powdered milk!?! Let’s be honest, who likes that?? But overall would 100% recommend staying here.

Facilities room conference facilities very good, but unless you only want to stay in the hotel or you have your own transport, difficult to get into Amsterdam city and taxis very expensive. No shuttle from Hotel to get to Amsterdam.
