A great place to start our Alaska adventure. Except for having to carry our bags up a flight of stairs all else was great. They did have a staff member to carry our suitcase up and down so it was ok.

I asked upon arrival for a room close by they stated that they didn’t have any rooms available close by that they were full. This is a huge hotel and it was by no means full so I don’t like when they blow fluff we ended up in the very last room at the far end of the hotel no elevators when we arrived in the room everything felt damp and stuffy. I’m sure the sheets and linens were all clean, but they hadn’t been used and I’ve been sitting for a long time without being changed, I understand living by the ocean things like that can happen but when they don’t use a room for months, I would not use this hotel if I came back to Anchorage the restaurant was convenient and the food was good

We needed a place to stay before flying out the next morning. This hotel fit the bill. It's close to the airport and had a shuttle when needed. Everything was clean but bathroom smelled of cat pee. Our view was the side of a building. So very good for a place to stay before a flight, but would not want to stay long-term.

Great location and friendly staff. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Airport shuttle rapid and easy to use. Stayed here 3 times during my latest Alaska adventure and will again next time I'm in Anchorage.

Nice play to stay for an early flight out if anchorage. It’s a wood frame structure building so you can hear footsteps from everyone above you. Room to room it seemed very quiet. I would definitely stay there again for a flight out.

Check in was a bit weird, not very friendly, checkout was in the contrary very good, the overnight ladies where definitely in a better mood. I choose the hotel because of the airport shuttle and because its so close. It was very lovely to watch the sunset at the lake.
