The outside looks nice but the inside needs a complete overhaul. It has a deodorizer smell and everything is old. Our tv remotes had scotch tape on it to hold the batteries in and it still didn’t work.

Service was grate, location too far from main attractions, but the hotel provided free transportation to and from any attractions. Just a phone call away. The hotel was a bit run down and the breakfast pretty sparce. The staff worked very hard to provide good service. For that I was very Thankful.

Bathroom was fithy dirty soap with hair on it. Door wouldnt lock, safty latch fell off. Window lock broke off ( 3rd floor so really didnt matter) no screen, so bugs. Was never any coffee or hot water for tea. Front desk girl was new and very nice

The room smelled musty. The tile in the bathroom had giant cracks in 2-3 of the large tiles. The shower curtain was too short for the tub. A rough place to stay.

Pizza left in refrigerator by past guest. Dirty glove from housekeeping left in a plastic cup by the sink, ice bucket used and pushed behind the tv. We left the front desk know the problems. They moved us to another room where the heat and ac were both on, with the window open. The room was cleaner though.

This is a very old hotel and even though they say it has been renovated, the rooms were old…the carpeting is worn; the bedspreads are worn; grout around shower and floor dirty. Very unorganized at check in. There was what appeared to be a new clerk at the desk who had a problem and went to get some help. At this point there were 5-6 (rooms) people waiting to check in. The woman who came out scolded the new clerk for not coming to get her sooner. Apparently she was busy doing house keeping and cleaning rooms. The hotel is hotel and th8nk in the rooms are worn (carpeting & bedspreads) even though the website says renovations have been done. It is also very unusual in these days to stay in a hotel without coffee in the rooms. We were told there’s 24 hour coffee in the lobby but who wants to come downstairs in the pjs to get coffee. I do want to compliment the shuttle drivers. The evening driver drove us to the restaurant we wanted to go and told us to call when we were ready to be picked up. The morning driver had to take us to the airport at 4am. I definitely would not recommend your hotel.

Expected more from the Wyndham brand. Too many problems to list, but only second time in my life that I’ve left a reservation despite no refund and went to stay somewhere else.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were told there was no king bed room available though I had paid for 4 nights over 4 months ago. After 15 minutes and much haggling we were given a king bed room. The bed did have sheets on it but no mattress pad.There was no television as cable was out for all 4 days! Limited heat in the room but they were working on it. 2nd day we went to front desk to request the room be made up ( no cards for room doors) and specifically asked for toilet paper as there was none in the room. Told them we would be gone sightseeing all day. Called hotel that evening to be told no tv still. We stayed at another hotel. Called back on day 3 still no tv and heat. Came back on day 4 to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, no tv yet, no toilet paper ,and be told the laundry room (one of the reasons I booked this hotel) couldn’t be used because the coin machine was jammed and no supervisor was around and wouldn’t be for a couple of days. As we were leaving on a cruise the next evening we had to go out to a laundromat. This hotel is located in a commercial area near the train depot which was expected but what I didn’t know was there was a huge tent city of homeless people all over across from the hotel. It felt very unsafe as these folks wandered around the hotel and stood outside our first floor window (3 feet away from us). The lady at the front desk advised us not to walk to dinner (0.3 mile away) because we had to cross through the homeless camps.

The hotel is located right behind the train station. At least during the time of the year we were there, not many trains seemed to be working, so noise wasn't a big issue. The room we got had a weird smell, but we were only staying for a night, so no big issue either. Breakfast was ok.

When we got to our room there is a huge stain in the carpet, garbage bag hanging off a light and the window was open and wouldn’t shut all the way. Night two there was no hot water, took cold shower and then went to talk to staff about it and it is a known issue. Which they eventually fixed. Location is great minus the homeless camp across the street and tiny parking lots. Will not be staying here again.

This property is in VERY poor condition!! We were supposed to stay 7 nights, one was enough for us!!if not for the night manager we would not have even done that!! Morning manager was rude and didn't help us at all!!

The staff are nice and helpful. It's about 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel to the downtown areas. The staff always would like to transfer us by a hotel shuttle bus.

Was told the pool was heated, which was the entire reason we chose this hotel. It was in fact ICE COLD. The room was so hot that we had to sleep with the window open EVEN AFTER I unplugged the auxiliary heater and already had the thermostat on the wall unit turned off by 4pm. At 9am the room was still above 80 degrees and the heater was still cranking out heat. Poor & never again

We were grateful to only be sleeping here while we were in town over night. There was mold in the bathroom. The window barely closed. The air conditioning unit was loud inside and outside. The area for food was crowded and under filled. The staff while pleasant and somewhat helpful were not the most efficient or caring. We’ll choose another option next time.

We have stayed at this property many times. It is easily accessible and very pleasant. This time, even though we had reserved a King Room, it was not available. We were given a double queen room. Which was satisfactory, but not what we had desired. The check-in clerk was very nice. I would still stay here again.

I think the staff are doing a great job. They were incredibly kid to my son and I. Unfortunately, the property is mismanaged. There appears to have been a shift in ownership. Our room smelled of rotten cheese, the sink was leaking and the carpeted floor was soaked. The flooring was warped due to the water leak. Please stop allowing damaged rooms to be occupied.

Our room was dirty and had many broken tile pieces in the bathroom. Bedding might have been changed but blankets had stains. Bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned as there was used soap bars in the bathtub.
