An aging queen…our first room had leaky ceilings in the bathroom. Our second room could barely get WiFi..they last saying they’d reset the router but that never worked. The room keys had to be renewed every day and the front desk staff was half surly/half pleasant. The breakfast was the same every day and the eggs were luke warm and tasteless.
On the plus side, the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were amazing. The bell boys were also very helpful.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed the extra touches such as the complimentary bottle of wine and the delicious breakfast buffet. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace and the Greek yogurt with honey. I would not recommend staying on the first floor which is open to the lobby and bar below. We had a very loud tour group meeting at 5:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep.

The staff in this hotel really went out of their way to make us welcome and check we had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly - noticably so.
