I booked this hotel based on average review and convenience location.
During check, hotel staff informed me I have only booked one guest therefore only one breakfast was booked despite I have paid two breakfast as additional costs because the room rate did not including breakfast.
After I asked the staff check again and again, and with a supervisor involved, they finally have found my booking conditions. Agreed to have two breakfast which was part of reason coming to Clark visiting my friend and to have breakfast with him. To the hotel staff, it seemed too hard to comprehended.
Day 2 - Next morning, the breakfast war has begun. Hotel said only one breakfast, I said two, coming back and forth, I had the breakfast with my friend. The breakfast was 3 half white toast, an egg and few bacon. I asked for tea, sorry it is not included (not every one drink coffee)
Day 3 - breakfast time, same war again. This time I have been harassed and humiliated by lounge staff and front desk staff in turn again and again 4 times. Finally I got breakfast peacefully. After breakfast, I demanded to the hotel manager. I was told he/she is not available. I have spoken to the hotel supervisor, shown my booking terms, it was clearly said breakfast for 2. She refused to acknowledge that but at least saw it and confirmed.
Day 4 - I had early morning flight, didn't want to have breakfast. But during check out, the same front desk staff pulled out a bill, demanded me to pay an extra breakfast. Seriously?
