The location is right in the heart of Angeles, so it's nice for couples. There are some less than desirable businesses nearby, but that's to be expected. The shower had a massive leak that would flood the bathroom if you weren't careful. All in all, good for the price.

Disappointing
The bed was crafted during the WW2 era, I do not think it could have been harder to sleep on if I had tried. The TV was old, no HDMI connection. It only had local channels. I could hear everything coming from the hallway. Only the most basic amenities were available, and the rest cost a fee to use. The sun woke me up every morning because the window shades were thin. There was only one closet and it was small, there was no space to fit my suitcase so I never unpacked. The AC and the mini ref were loud. There was good space in the room, there was usable furniture for sitting and eating. The front desk staff was positive and responsive. The pillows were soft and nice to sleep on. The location is very close to Walking Street, its about a 5 min walk. Restaurants, 7/11 and pharm are close.

Friendly staff, spacious room
Spacious room but quite old. Wifi was not functioning during my stay as maintenance was going on. Overall, not bad for its price.

Like-location is convinient. Dislike--staff not frendly, maybe I looked local so there's no smiling faces. Room- very small. Toilet-need to replace shower & sink. Cupboard not big enough, safe not working, bed squeky sounds, TV only 2-4 channels.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.Hotel is in an ideal location close to all the nightlife and main shopping mall. A minor criticism would have been on those rainy days a better Tv cable service would have been appreciated , currently they only have several local channels.

the tricycle in Angeles, the Phillipines..
I was looking for a quite place where I could experience Clark, the food in the hotel and service was excellent, very accommodating. the room was clean, quiet, felt safe, slept like a log.

Please, fix your toilet
The staffs are all very polite, helpful and friendly. The only concern I had was there are times that the bathroom smells sewer and the toilet seat is not the right size dor the toilet bowl. Smells bad and I had to put air freshner in our room. Stayed there for 6days.

Just sleeping at midnight arrived day
Because of my flight schedule, I was arrived at the hotel midnight, but the check-in process was smooth. Not so luxually but no problem for sleeping. The around area seemed to be little bit dangerous at night.

Very poor breakfast quality, rude staff
I booked this hotel based on average review and convenience location. During check, hotel staff informed me I have only booked one guest therefore only one breakfast was booked despite I have paid two breakfast as additional costs because the room rate did not including breakfast. After I asked the staff check again and again, and with a supervisor involved, they finally have found my booking conditions. Agreed to have two breakfast which was part of reason coming to Clark visiting my friend and to have breakfast with him. To the hotel staff, it seemed too hard to comprehended. Day 2 - Next morning, the breakfast war has begun. Hotel said only one breakfast, I said two, coming back and forth, I had the breakfast with my friend. The breakfast was 3 half white toast, an egg and few bacon. I asked for tea, sorry it is not included (not every one drink coffee) Day 3 - breakfast time, same war again. This time I have been harassed and humiliated by lounge staff and front desk staff in turn again and again 4 times. Finally I got breakfast peacefully. After breakfast, I demanded to the hotel manager. I was told he/she is not available. I have spoken to the hotel supervisor, shown my booking terms, it was clearly said breakfast for 2. She refused to acknowledge that but at least saw it and confirmed. Day 4 - I had early morning flight, didn't want to have breakfast. But during check out, the same front desk staff pulled out a bill, demanded me to pay an extra breakfast. Seriously?

Since there are a lot of options in our online site we have single occupancy which includes 1 free breakfast and double occupancy which includes 2 free breakfast your reservation voucher that we received is for single occupancy only, so automatically it only includes 1 free breakfast. Maybe you click the wrong booking for one occupancy because our staff ask you your booking voucher but you did not show it. You only show the online site in your laptop and shout in one of the employee. And Sir, we try to reached out to you to talk it over but you refuse to. We did not harass you. In your check in we already explained to you about your reservation but you act like you don't care. We apologize for the inconvenience that may cause you. Thank you very much.

Nice hotel near SM Clark and Bayanihan Terminal
The staff are hospitable, informed us well on the amenities that we have availed and not availed. Waited for a little while only in the cozy chairs in the lobby, our room is ready after a very short time of waiting.

Value for $$ close to Walking St
At first glance the hotel seems tired however my stay was for 3 days & I ended up enjoying it. The staff were great the location absolutely spot on if you want to experience Walking St, it’s in a quiet side street but close enough & safe enough to walk home at night, all well lit streets with enough foot traffic that I never once felt uneasy. The rooms are outdated but comfortable enough for the price. This is afterall not an expensive accommodation option.

Great budget place to stay
When we travel we do not spend a lot of time in a hotel. For a place to get a comfortable nights rest and get ready for the day this is a perfect place for that. It isn't opulent or glamorous, but for a budget hotel it more than fits the bill. We stayed for 2 weeks and can't complain about anything that the hotel staff could not rectify very promptly and with a smile on their face.

Hotel is very old. Lots of remodeling and construction in the lobby, making it very uncomfortable everytime you walk in, paint & chemical smells, loud noises all day and night. Lots of Roaches and mosquitos in the room, toiletries are limited, you have to keep asking. Television in the room doesn't work properly, lots of static and no sound on most channels. Room service food not cooked thoroughly. Bed sheets, blankets, and towels have holes and old stains.
