"We had a lovely stay at the Swallow Loft. It is a very unique property perfectly close to Galway’s city center. Peggy was very responsive especially with the issue with the humidity level we were experiencing in the place. I think this place is best for 2 people as the bedroom/bathroom at the lower level smelled a little musty. The overall cleaning looked ok but not fresh."

"We stayed for two nights and had a lovely, peaceful time. The food was delicious, prepared by Joyce, and we got a ton of advice and insight about the area and Ireland in general from Aidan. They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"

We had meals and played games in the great room, viewed the sunsets from the rooftop ramparts and generally lived like the Royal family (minus the servants of course). It served as an unforgettable and spectacular setting for a long overdue reunion for our family. We would return in a heartbeat."

"Had a lovely holiday with family in Galway and this home was perfect for our needs. Wonderful location close to downtown and next to the Huntsman Inn and pub (which is quite good!). The home was well equipped with convenient parking, and the host was very nice and was very easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend!"

Great parking options as we had 2 cars, laundry available and basic but functional kitchen. Basic amenities but great spot for our trip to Galway. Location made it easy to get around town; only a five minute walk from the train and bus stations and maybe a 10 minute walk to the Latin Quarter. Would definitely recommend."
