Beautiful , updated , modern and very clean. I like the space and the thoughtfulness that they brought into the rooms, they had a couple of plates, plastic forks and spoons in the microwavez Very quiet, comfy beds and good amount of parking spaces even on a busy weekend. Good distance to the town center, downtown and shopping area and very close to restaurants and fast food places, breakfast was pretty good as well. I would come back and stay here again. Thank you and keep it up.

This was our first stay at the Springhill Suites while we were in town and we are definitely looking forward to staying again when we visit Annapolis again.

The breakfast was good- as good as other hotels. The one big drawback was the pool. The indoor pool is unusable. It's freezing cold and no one got in it. I tried but only made it up to my waist and had to get right out. We never expected it to not be heated.

Very nice hotel, everything worked as it should. Clean rooms. Food was decent, could have been more options. The only downside was the indoor pool was freezing and the whirlpool jets were not all working.

Pool was advertised online so I book the room to find out when I got there that the pool was not in service. I didn’t even end up staying at all do to this reason as my children were wanting to swim.

Our pool is working, but during the day after a large crowd of families with children, we have to inspect the pool and treat it with chemicals if necessary to ensure it is up to par with safety guidelines. We take pride on making sure that each guest enjoys a clean pool, and we are sorry you experienced some inconvenience over our safety protocols. The front desk staff was great and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, when we cam back to our room on morning, our bathroom was all wet with water dripping from a high light fixture. We had to use the hotel's public bathroom which really defeats the purpose of being in a hotel. If I did not have a flight to catch, I would certainly have spoken with a manager and asked for at least a nights refund. It was hard to communicated with housekeeping too (we never had our room made tidy or towels changed.

I definitely liked this property. It was very clean, and the staff was very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was noise coming from upstairs. Apparently, it was someone's kids, and they were running and jumping on their floor (my ceiling) until late at night. Other than that, SHS will mostly like my go-to hotel when I'm in the DMV area.

Perfect!
Got greeeted during check in and even got offered a water. Our room was spotless and included everything we needed. The pool and hotub area was great to relax and unwind. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal! Absolutely no complaints

Awesome Stay
The front desk was very courteous and very customer service friendly. Very helpful with everything, nice ambience, the hotel was full and it was a good atmosphere along with their breakfast included was great! I will be returning this year again and hope to get the same excellent service. My room was very clean as well.

Hotel is immaculate. Pool and Hot Tub area kept extremely clean. Room and beds comfortable and clean. Hotel front desk staff helpful and friendly. Had a great stay here. Highly recommend.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at and I stay at a lot! The staff was super helpful and checked on me at breakfast daily. And breakfast was great too! Highly suggest staying here when in the Annapolis area for the price.

Small room for a family
The room was clean and the staff members were professional and friendly. The room was very small and the beds that were advertised as queen beds are actually double beds. The sofa sleeper is a twin, not a double. Overall, our stay was good but the room was very small for four people.
