"All staff is nice and willing. Unfortunately the property itself seems to be left in disrepair. The worst part is the lack of a proper restaurant/chef: food quality is below par. Breakfast is appalling, very little choice and poor quality. Definitely, as it is now, not a 5 star hotel."

"The hotel is in an excellent location with many banks and restaurants in the vicinity. It was also very handy yo have a taxi rank outside the hotel which made getting about very easy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and I felt they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in a suite which was large and had a good sized bathroom with large bathtub and separate walk in shower. The normal bathroom toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned...

"Location ok. Amenities are good. But old and worn out pillow cases, worn out pillows, old and stained bed sheets. Front office told me I was on Bed only while I had booked BB only for them to confirm that I was indeed on BB on check out and I had already made my own alternative arrangements for breakfast during the week. "

"The hotel staff were helpful. I was given a heater without asking for one. The splut system didn't work and it was cold. The hotel was not located within walking distance of anything of interest. "

"A fair way from town especially with the traffic. Hotel was good, although the restaurant was closed for conferences and we had to eat out on the terrace a couple of times. Garden was nice but quite a lot of building work. Staff nice especially Solo and Joe."

"This hotel canceled my 3 rooms at last minute - they said their partner hotel would accommodate us-well at 2:00 am at airport while desperate for their driver, we got them on phone - they had no idea what hotel or rooms- no idea. We were stranded, 4 elders ladies left. We were helped by taxi drivers, who tried to find us another hotel last minute. This scam, assigning and confining rooms but wait now we get higher rent So you get nothing. I have emails proving they canceled n left us high n dry....

"The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!"
