The stay was in a nice location. Great views. The staff was nice but needs to be more organized when having a booking. Also when you ask for something needed to go a few times to the Reception because nothing arrived on the room. The restaurant was supposedly a one star Michellin, the service and food was not up to par. The parking needs to have more explaining on the terms and conditions. But overall it was nice.

I'm expecting a better accommodation. Everything in my aparthotel needs modernising even the hallway leading to rooms you have to find a light to switch the lights otherwise you stuck in. The scenery and the surrounding is definitely the real game changer in this hotel and apartment šŸ‘

Awesome wellness center and spa
Hotel Itself is nice but the best of all is the wellness center and pool. My kids and I really enjoyed submerging in hot water after a day skiing. I strongly recommend it and we are planning to go back. Only difficulty we encountered is that to go to the reception you need to take two elevators. Staff was very nice and helpful.

it was hard to find the check in counter and the lift to the actual apartment. But the view was great and we enjoyed the stay nonetheless.

A very nice hotel

I tend not to write negative reviews but discuss it with the management or owner in person, this time I have to change my habits. I found this propert poorley manintaind and managed. First the property is a mix of buildings not physically connected with construction all around. The Apartments as well as the common areas are very dated; what labeld as a Family Villa are two tiny rooms, one is just a nook without a window and a 1 bath with the smallest shower. The overall customer service was poor; the staff was not welcoming and not helpfu, moreover in some cases literally rude. It was unprecedent to any experience I had. From the front desk of the Spa (note that a swimming cap is mandatory to get in, even for bold people) through the restaurants and the bar. The general feeling is ā€œDonā€™t bother us in Anyoā€™s Park hotelā€. The hotel has a great potential and I hope it will be taken seriously.

Beautiful resort. Our balcony faced the mountain so a wonderful view. Great pool. But on Saturday night, there was a dance party on the pool deck that went on until midnight, so very loud.

We have enjoyed it so much. Perfect short break. The only one thing that falls out was ā‚¬1 for the spa lockers. Why? If you need that ā‚¬, increase the price for the room. Now guards to ask everyone to change and everyone finds the ways to avoid the lockers. Fun, which is becoming simply stupid.

Amazing. This place is king! Simply gorgeous setting, an actually comfortable bed, amazing facilites and the restaurant had an enormous kids play room where our child could play while we dined and relaxed. The indoor pool/spa/sauna were just a cherry on top of this cake. Love, Love Love it!

If you like your sleep, donā€™t stay here !
The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you and below and above you. Also the pictures of the room show light and airy and modern rooms, which they are not. We were moved rooms because of the noisy neighbours and both rooms were tired and old. The lift is ancient and was broken when we arrived, and then kept us awake most nights as the lift shaft was right next to our bedrooms wall (the paper thin one!) The food in the restaurant was fantastic and so are the spa facilities. Although we had spa access in our rate, you still had to pay for most things on top (flips floos, lockers, any activity you wanted to play like tennis and squash.) Also the spa is not in the hotel, itā€™s down the mountain so coming out with wet hair after a swim is not pleasant. It also says free WiFi but you only get two tokens for your stay, which means only 2 if you can access the Internet in your rooms. Not ideal when both parents are having to work and kids want to use it !!!

Off Season break booked well in advance...
Took the "non-refundable" booking gamble ages ago to get the best price for a family of four. Off-season so quiet. Loads of sports facilities.

Beautiful location and facilities for all ages
It is a beautiful setting with lots to do for the whole family. Tennis, table tennis, swimming and a lovely poolside bar. The town and shops and restuarants were 20-30 mins walk away and the gondola a little bit further. This took you up the mountains for lovely view and opportunities for walking and biking. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of children there, which was s bit annoying in the spa facilities but on the whole not a problem. It was also quite noisy in the evenings but it didn't stop any of us from sleeping. Lack of airconditioning not really s problem but the poor wifi drove my teenage children mad. the kitchenette was well equipped which enabled self catering. Meals in the hotel were a bit pricey but you can easily walk to nice restaurants in the village. Public transport very good. Excellent but service from Barcelona airport so need need for a hire car which was great. Overall a great place to stay.

We'd to change room 'cause the heating was leaking water and not working at all. Not TV service either. Around 23h a maintenance guy came around. He informed we'd to move to a new room. Anyways we decided to extend one more day our stay. I did it through the hotels.com app. When I went to the reception I met a clerk named Patricia (according to her). She wanted us to move to another room yet, bit we did not agree. She was very unprofessional and her attitude was not accomodating. She does not have any idea about proper customer service. We did feel not welcomed there. We'll make a claim about our experience. This is a 3 stars hotel at much

One night stay in Andorra. Out of the town centres so quiet. Parking tight, so if you get a space enjoy it, coz if you go out shopping it won't be there on your return, just the tricky ones. First room key didn't work. The wifi is terrible. Good for parents until teenagers whinge all the time. Need a top floor room for the views or will get trees. No air con, so choose between being bitten or heat exhaustion. Take your own washing liquids. Hotel pool outside looks good, but full in hot weather. In door pool take flip flops and swimming cap! If you borrow free towels don't loose the card of if will cost you ā‚¬25. The bar had free Heineken evening which was good for a drink but rooms with pool views had long night ahead of them.

This is a great resort within easy reach of the main town in Andorra. Excellent pool and sunbathing area. Bedrooms are not air conditioned (or at least ours was not) but were clean and the kitchen facilities were good. Donā€™t expect to get English on the TV! Breakfast not included but lots of restaurants nearby. Parking can be problematic at weekends (presumably with resort day visitors) and parking spaces are very small in the covered garages. I was always afraid of getting dings on our hire car but I guess that this is a pan-European issue that Canadianā€™s do not have at home.The internet connection was inconsistent.
