The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you and below and above you. Also the pictures of the room show light and airy and modern rooms, which they are not. We were moved rooms because of the noisy neighbours and both rooms were tired and old. The lift is ancient and was broken when we arrived, and then kept us awake most nights as the lift shaft was right next to our bedrooms wall (the paper thin one!)
The food in the restaurant was fantastic and so are the spa facilities. Although we had spa access in our rate, you still had to pay for most things on top (flips floos, lockers, any activity you wanted to play like tennis and squash.) Also the spa is not in the hotel, itās down the mountain so coming out with wet hair after a swim is not pleasant. It also says free WiFi but you only get two tokens for your stay, which means only 2 if you can access the Internet in your rooms. Not ideal when both parents are having to work and kids want to use it !!!
