"Good location in the center of Aqaba. Clean room and comfortable bed that has enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders. Sanad at reception stood out. He is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, not because it's his job, but because that is his natural personality. He is one of the most genuine people I've encountered in a hotel. Lacosta Hotel is lucky to have him. The interior of the hotel is noisy from fellow guests, (and an amateur football team?) Sounds echo through the hallways. And the guests in the adjacent room smoked, and left the door open so the hall smelled of smoke. And smoke came through the ventilation system into my room throughout the day and night. It would be better if smoking and non-smoking rooms were on separate floors. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options."

"From the beginning since the arrival everything was smooth and nice. Friendly staff, the hotel was awesome and luxurious, Great atmosphere, the food was great ( from the restaurant to the buffet), I must say that chef Ismael and the chef Rami were great hosts. I couldn’t have a better honey moon. Nabil the manager made everything possible. I can’t wait to come back on summer. I must say the gym and the spa was number 1. Everything about the hotel AlManara in Aqaba is next level. I hereby come to thank you for the best stay."
