I booked a room for 3 adults on Expedia for 3 single beds. I got a room firstly with 2 single beds then a room with 2 single beds and a child's bed for an adult. Also, no duvet for the child's bed.

Was just about to check in and asked where the pool was only to be told it was closed mud sept 28 degrees. Hence did not check in and went to hotel nelva where pool was open.!

Great Murcia trip
Lovely one nighter with some friends in the City. Great city for walking and the hotel is just 30 minutes walk located from the cathedral. Clean property, lovely service and funny shower in the room. All good.

Lovely hotel for our gang of 20
Very friendly staff on check in. Helpful with info when required. Beautiful comfortable bed and room very clean, also the bathroom, plenty of towels supplied. Bar area nice but they ran out of drink! Very convenient tram stop across road, €1.05 fare to get to city then a bit of a walk.

A good hotel.
Check in was quick and early. I was in my room by 12. noon. The receptionist was pleasant and smiling. The room is clean and bright with a great walk in shower. There is a chest of drawers for storage and wardrobe. Quiet.Comfortable bed. Good comfortable armchairs and useful table. Good lighting for reading. A window with a view. Decent cold fridge. Breakfast was pretty ordinary not much more than a simple continental breakfast. Although the coffee was good as was the fresh juices. I would recommend the hotel but would avoid breakfast. There is a Lidl and a Carrefour with a Burger king nearby but not much else. A quiet and feels safe neighbourhood. If you don't want to walk in to the centre there's a tram opposite which for euro 1 and 5 Cents will take you most of the way.

Very goood.
I will recommend this hotel without fear of being mistaken. Small, clean and with all amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and productive. Great location wih a supermarket next to it, beautiful zone and across the rail stop that in about 5 minutes it will take you to downtown historical Murcia.

Close to terra natura in Murcia.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Need more accesible parking as only found out when there that it was €15.75 per day. This should have been on the website before booking. No kettle or hit drink making facilities in the room: very surprising, as even cheap hotels offer this. Fridge was great in the room, but air con not effective enough. Also, the bed was hard.

Great hotel, but use caution with GPS if driving
The hotel was very nice and great if you have a car and want easy access and parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem that we had is that there is another street in Murcia with the same name and address. Our GPS took us to an area of town way off the beaten path on tiny streets. Offering the coordinates and a warning would have helped a lot. The coordinates are: N 38.00355 W 1.14241. We didn't go into town as we were traveling through, so I'm not sure about access to the city.

Always a good experience. Close to tram to city. Easy access from motorway. Staff always helpful. Nice and clean. Set back from road so not noisy Have stayed there several times. Always choose this hotel. Good range of rooms. Good facilities.

Very disappointed that 'seasonal pool' which any reasonable person would take to mean either closed or restricted hours in the winter..... actually meant 17:00-20:30 Mon-Fri 12:00-14:30 Sat-Sun 17:00-20:30 Specifically booked a hotel with a pool, so I could chill out between meetings!

The room was very good - it has everything you need. The breakfast was also excellent. The gym is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the pool was unusable as the water was filthy. There is a charge for the internet in your room and the free internet in the lobby is not always available.

The outdoor swimming pool is advertised as a seasonal service and was closed in September 14th after three months opened. Concerning the location, it is published the distance to the main interest places in the center town, between 1,5 km and 2,1km. As you say there is an easy connection with the city with the tram service which is a very nice, quick and comfortable option to reach the city. We are very glad you appreciate this option. As per the internet service, we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure that this was an isolated issue that is corrected moving forward. We found that AC hotels are always good and this was no exception. It is in a business neighbourhood and there is only one restaurant nearby. We stayed on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed but the cold snacks provided were excellent.

Fabulous City Hotel
Wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and stylish. Buffet breakfast was very good. Pool was small but welcome after a day in the city with temperatures reaching 42c!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. It was quite easy to find and parking was fine while we checked in. We used the hotel's underground car park while we were there. We had a problem after the first night when the toilet would not flush in the morning. We reported this to reception and after breakfast we were moved to another room which was on the same floor. Breakfast was of the standard we can expect from this type of hotel with a good selection of cheeses and cold meat, fresh bread and pastries, and fresh coffee and tea. Murcia is slightly off the main tourist track and this is primarily a business hotel, but a very good one at that. It is not very far from the city centre but there is also a tram service which passes the hotel. We used this as the weather threatened rain on a number of occasions during our short stay.

Not close to the sights
I visited Murcia for a 2 day music festival in May. There isn't really much to see in this small town, but all the central hotels were booked for the festival so I ended up here. It's outside the city center and usually took 2 buses to get where I wanted. I mostly cabbed it back at night. Nothing much around the hotel - car dealerships, a small shopping center with fast food options, and 1 or 2 cafes. Would really only recommend this place if you have a car and for no more than 2 nights.
