"This little hidden gem is a wonderful casita perfect for a couple's getaway while visiting Phoenix and its surrounding areas. The location is perfect for getting around. Steve was easy to work with and his backyard is literally a paradise. You do not need to pack much to stay here. The owners have thought about everything needed for a relaxing stay. "We were impressed with the attention to detail by the hosts. From exact directions, to leaving the lights on for a very late arrival, to chocolates, fresh flowers & champagne awaiting us, to complete "Welcome" notebook we felt taken care of! The cottage is exactly as described. It is very clean, has a very complete kitchen & great beds. The washer & dryer in the cottage was a bonus. "Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush."

"Property was perfect for my 5 night stay, providing a full kitchen, allowing me to prepare all my meals (not a lot of options with that amenity near the park). Right off the highway (a short dirt road drive) and only 20 miles south of the entrance to the park, the location was perfect. House is designed to optimize sleeping space, but I would say more than 6 guests would be extremely cozy. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep."

"The location is within walking distance of Cottonwood's old downtown with restaurants, etc., and half an hour from the maddening traffic of Sedona. The place is a stand-alone behind a main house, and thus quiet. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. There were some wifi problems but the manager promised to fix this."

"Jackie is a wonderful host – she was waiting for us at the end of the driveway when we drove up and not only showed us around the cottage but also provided lots of information and tips about things to do in Sedona. We had a couple of requests during our stay and all we had to do was text her and she took care of our needs. The nice little cottage is cozy in every possible way. We felt right at home. It is a relaxing space in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a comfortable living room/kitchen area...

"Worked out great for us and what we needed with a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was as they said it would be. Quick note is that there are two blankets, one for each bed and they are very thin. So if you like blankets, you may want to bring a few extra with you. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels.
