Thought there would be a few staples in cupboards. When leaving we notice sign that You could request a few items. Sign should be more visible.

Called to request a couple of lightbulbs for non-working recessed lights. They never followed up after stating that the work would be completed. It’s not difficult. I offered to do it myself, but was told that maintenance had to handle it. Oh well, maintenance jyy it st never showed up. Two days later we are now gone and down the road.

There was a leak under the kitchen sink that needs to be fixed asap. The TVs did not work in the bedrooms. Something about the connections. The property badly needs a redo in all areas. It is pretty dated. The house keeping was ok. Sheets and towels were clean. Do a better job of cleaning windows on patio. Dog smears all over. Blinds were filthy. Bathroom mirror was smeared. Need new kitchen towels. Yuck. Sweeping under furniture would get those toenail clippings. Yes there were some. walkability was ok to the historic part of the biltmore village shops. Just a few blocks. for the price it was ok. Large rooms was nice.

On site staff were great. We had an issue with the oven and they worked with us to resolve it in a timely manner and provided us with a room credit for the inconvenience. My only issue id the treatment received by the offsite management office when I called to question the credit on my bill. The representative was condescending, called me a liar and refused to connect me to the property for clarification. Clearly she was in a bad place that day. When I finally got through to the property later in the day, they clearly explained the question I had. Overall, the value was exceptional and the suite was more than comfortable for our needs.

Enjoyed our stay very much, but the kitchen utensils were skimpy. No teaspoons, one cereal bowl, and 2 forks. Suggest a little more utensils. Bed was comfortable, and the tub was great.

I guess we were here in the slower season because for the price of a moderate hotel we stayed in a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, separate King bedroom, and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome place to stay.

The one bedroom suite was a nice size with a kitchen and full size fridge with ice maker. It’d have been nice for their to me a coffee shop or for the restaurant to be opened daily.

The suite we stayed in was beautiful! It did need some repairs/ fixing up though (marks on walls, kitchen faucet leaked). Not a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils. Balcony was nice however it faced the building below so not a great view. The walls/ceilings are Extremely thin! We could hear the people upstairs Really Well! Unfortunately that made it hard to sleep.

Property was well kept. Staff was quick to respond to questions and or complaints. Staff was knowledgeable. I do think there should be more signs outside the buildings with the room numbers but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It was a nice property. Just a few things were wrong, our tv didn’t work in the living room. There was a loud noise that kept happening throughout the night, sounded like someone’s toilet flushing and the water rushing through the walls. We could hear every little sound to the point of waking up constantly. I will probably pick somewhere else in the future.

We were very comfortable in our one bedroom apartment. Only complaint would be limited parking. When we came back in the evening after a long day, we had to park on a lower portion of the property. It was a little hike to get up to our room.

We loved our stay just due to the sheer convenience of the location. The staff were SO kind, true hospitality! My only challenge was that our room was not equipped with what we thought it would have. We had purchased the same unit as our friends and they had a tub and a glass shower as well as a washer and dryer. Ours did not have my of those things and the shower was a bit frustrating to work with due to the shower curtain not staying out. The units are a bit older, but have everything you need and are super spacious. We enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to the city center.

The balconies were nice, bed and bathroom roomie and comfortable. Automatic gas fireplace was very nice. Kitchen was furnised, but missing some basics- no sharp knife for food prep, no dish soap for kitchen clean-up, no can opener. Odd. Ample packing, very helpful staff.
