This is a basic hotel with no frills. The bed and linens are super. Clean. Just nothing fancy. Stayed here several times .

There was hair on my bathroom sink (not mine). Other than that it was clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Quiet. The breakfast was what you would expect. Cereal, muffins, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and you can make your own waffles. The coffee machine wasn’t working however. For the cheap price of stay, I’d stay there again if in a bind, which I was in that night and they got me right in.

The property is very dirty and it has all kinds of bad smells. Upon entering you get a big whiff of intense body odor of desk clerk and stomach turning food smells. The floors and walls are dingy with lack of cleaning and the carpet is dirty. Its really gross. AVOID

Cannot check in after 1am -6am We arrived at 3am in the morning and had to wait until 6am because we landed at Longon airport at 11pm and rented a car to the destination and it was too late. Very bad experience

Rooms are not cleaned properly. Food on carpets. Dirty bed sheets with stains. The towels are old and rough. They only give you two. Even if you have 3/4 people in the room. They change the room rate every night. Stayed for 4 days due to power outage at our house. We paid $81 first night and $125 second then $189 the next two. Won’t be staying again.

Not enough spots to park due to lack of plowing snow. There was a very loud, high pitched ringing sound in our bathroom from water moving in pipes. The folks in the next room were incredibly loud until almost 2am.

Place to lay my head while on business trip
I travel to August frequently for work and I've stayed here a few times. It is a great place to lay my head on business trips. The only issue is the WiFi is not great.

Beds were very comfortable and the inside of the hotel was clean. The staff were not friendly. Did not make eye contact or say hello when we entered or passed them in the hallway. The outside of the hotel was disgusting. Trash all over. Beer cans and food packages and garbage. Overall just average stay. For the price I guess this is what we paid for. Price was very reasonable.

Absolutely disgusting room conditions.
I was completely disgusted with my one night stay here. I needed an easy option for the night before surgery and I decided to trust the reviews on this hotel that said it was clean. That was mostly what I was looking for prior to surgery. To my dismay, this hotel was disgusting. If it wasn't for my husband convincing me to stay for the sake of surgery I would have walked out. First, there is no possible way the floors had been vacuumed. Dirt and chunks of dust everywhere. Second, I immediately washed my hands, ans the sink never drained. I checked the stopper and everything and the sink WOULD NOT drain. So that night and the next morning I had to use the BATHTUB to brush my teeth and clean my face. Unacceptable. Third, when you close the bathroom door there was a huge hole on the bottom of it. That I can deal with. But also large chunks of dust and dibris from the door with stuck in the door, so when you closed it to use the bathroom, you could see that for a VERY long time, no one has bothered to clean behind the door. Lastly, in the shower, there were several spots where bar soap residue was on the shower and tub where previous occupants har placed their soap. How disgusting to think how poorly the shower and tub is cleaned in between occupants. Overall, I will never be giving this hotel chain a chance, and especially the Augusta hotel. This is not a "clean" but cheap hotel.

The room seemed half cleaned when I arrived. There were sticky patches on the end tables. There was hair in the tub, on the towels and on the bed linens. There was no coffee for the machine. The toiletries provided were half full and had sticky stains on them - yuck

The carpet needs to be steam cleaned, turned on the heater and the smell was of something burning. The toilet was wobbling all over when you had to use it. Toilet paper holder was broken with sharp screws sticking out of the wall. The back door entrance was dirty and loaded with dead leaves.

Smelly hotel run by one guy.
The night auditor front desk clerk (Sahi), aka the breakfast host, manger, room cleaner, and repairman was a very nice man. The hotel smelled strongly of pungent Indian spices. My first room had blood or some kind of sauce spilled all over the floor in the entry way and crumbs and food mashed into the carpet by the entryway. Sahi moved me to a different room. The toilet is a tiny round toilet like you had in elementary school. The WiFi wouldn’t connect most of the time and even after it did would drop soon thereafter. I was unable to work on my laptop. The breakfast was the super cheap white and “wheat” bread for toasting, some muffins, plain oatmeal packets, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit in syrup cups, and a waffle maker with no spray to keep a waffle from sticking. 2nd room was clean.

The hotel is a little dated but a perfect location for a 1 night stay. Check in was quick and easy. The person on the front desk was friendly and accommodated our request for a top floor room. My only complaint was that both beds had stained sheets (small stains but noticeable. ) The room was super quiet and spacious.

I HAD BROKEN FUFNITURE IN THE ROOM. AND HAD A LIVE COCKROACH ON ONE OF THE NIGHTSTANDS. I STAY AT THE PLACE 5 OR 6 TIMES A YEAR. NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES BEFOR. I HOPE THEY GET BACK ON TRACK.
