"Had an exceptional stay at the Mandarin. Hotel decor is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was spacious and bathroom positively palatial. Due to a misunderstanding over time we arrived at Ramsays 2 minutes before end of breakfast service and were graciously seated and served without fuss or the feeling of being hurried. Bravo Mandarin. "

The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."
