"What an amazing stay we had! All the modern amenities within a cozy and private cabin. Perfect location for hiking and exploring the surrounding trails and towns. "On the 3rd floor so up to lst floor for entry then 18 steps to the rooftop apartment. Very well stocked wuth glassware, crockery and utensils plus soap and flannels. Nice that Madame left a bottle of wine and gave us a typical Alsace cake😀. Great view of maize fields and the next village but no English language TV channel and the bed we both found hard. A light rug would have been appreciated as too hot for duvet on the bed but too cold at night for just a sheet. Spare kitchen tidy bags would...

"We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"The room was tiny. The bed almost completely filled the room and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, almost as hard as a bare floor. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the toilet was right up against the shower making it difficult to sit on the toilet because my knees hit the shower door. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient. If they have larger rooms, take them because the economy room is not comfortable at all."
