The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. "We really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, perfect for a large family or group of friends that want to share a home with their own spaces. Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. Beds are super comfy, showers are super hot once you get them warmed up, shampoo and conditioner provided was nice, kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker and filters. "Being out of town for 31.5 km, this nice place has beatiful sunrises and at nights you can observe the stars...has a peaceful nature site and you can feel it the air...sounds and smell of the surrounding plants and animals. Is nice, a little higer in price after you add the cost for service, but is enjoyable. I would be back as soon as we can...we were 3 and the place is for 7, so next time we can split the cost and enjoy."

"We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. "We’ve been to punta banda multiple times. We love it and keep coming back. Beautiful beach as your backyard. Pods of dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee, beautiful sunsets in the evening. All day boogie boarding for my kids. House is spacious. Owners have great communication. Though, Come prepared with bug spray. unfortunately my teenage boys were eaten up by mosquitos. Other than that, our stay was great!"

"The location was very impressive and the outdoor living areas were phenomenal. If you want to be on the beach it would be hard to find a better location. The unit came with a bundle of firewood and sitting by the fire on the beach was magnificent. The directions provided were accurate and we had no trouble finding the place. "This is a great little house in a great location. At first there was a little lack of communication and arrived with the caretaker of the house still washing and drying bath towels. That was not a big deal considering we bring our own sheets and pillows and towels so its not a real big deal to us. This house feels good it just has a certain charm to it. "Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. I was little nervous because there was not many reviews but lit was the best decision ever! The house looks beautiful in the photos and even better in person.
