"Everything was perfect for us to enjoy the area and drive into clifden for restaurants and pubs for traditional Irish music. The road is a bit narrow towards the house the last bit but we did it slowly. We also enjoyed great meals at the nearby Connemara sands hotel just near the house."

"Lovely home with large windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Large dining room and family rooms for a large group. Plus a nice sitting room for even more room for family to congregate. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Bernie and her sister, Anita, were wonderful and so cooperative. Nothing negative to say about the lodging experience. Our family of 15 adults (siblings and cousins) were all very pleased with the house. Thanks, Bernie!"

"Property is a compact and cosy house in rural setting. 15+ minutes walk to Ballyconneely which has a convenience store, coffee shop and pub/restaurant. Surrounding countryside is stunning. Guinness Beach is in walking distance and Dogs Bay Beach is 20 min drive. This is a must visit - the nicest Beach I've ever seen. Nearby Clifden (15 min drive) is a bustling town with plenty of shops and restaurants and it has a vibrant feel. We were lucky with the weather too which always helps."
