The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were friendly. However there was no disabled parking spots on arrival. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Unfortunately it was clear the room had either been left a whole between bookings and not checked or just hadn't been properly dusted. There were a lot of cobwebs, particularly around the top of the room and we had to kill more than a dozen spiders that has set up home and had time to build significant homes. As an aracnaphobic it left me on edge. Of we hadn't arrived late and been so tired we probably would have complained or found somewhere else to go as it was rather off putting.
The walls are thin at the hotel, sleep was disturbed by other guests loud TV's, doors opening and closing and loud talking in the corridor.
The other biggest downside was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, WiFi is only available in the bar/restraint not in the hotel rooms, which in this day and age is a bit poor in my opinion. It would be easy for them to solve and would make a huge difference to guests in my opinion. Sadly I can't say I'd go back to the banville due to the lack of cleanliness and theack of WiFi.
