Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from 5/27 to 5/30. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the parking was easy, and it was nice to have a very good restaurant (Sudden Sally) on the premises. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early at about 12 noon, and the manager (unfortunately, her name escapes me) allowed us to check-in early, and personally escorted us to view the room. Also, on the night before our departure, we asked for a fruit bowl from the breakfast menu, since we would be leaving early for the airport before the restaurant opened. The kitchen graciously accommodated our request. The free bus passes for the Banff Roam Transit were a nice perk, as well as the free gourmet coffee and tea. The only "downside" was that there is construction going on adjacent to the property, but there was very little noise, and it only caused some minor inconvenience when entering and exiting the property (from the construction trucks and equipment entering and existing). Five stars!

Overall great place to stay in. Only complaint would be they have no gym and no pool as well as the whole one side of the hotel is under construction

We really loved our room. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The interior is very nice as well with lot of room to move around. Staff are super nice. Hotel is conveniently located on the banff avenue with roam transit bus stop is right at the entrance. Overall had a great stay.

Wow! What a great stay! The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a Mountain View and it was well worth it. The complimentary tea and coffee such a unique touch. The best coffee we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommend breakfast from Sudden Sally! They also have coffees, pastries and easy grab and go food that was incredible! I highly recommend Hotel Canoe.
