Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up. Breakfast was great - they have a nice buffet and a menu to order from. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again in the future
We stay at the Hansar at least once a year and always thoroughly enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel, great location and fantastic staff that are always willing to help.

The room is very spacious, very convenient location and the staffs are very prompt!
It will be great if they can control mosquitoes (as I have been bitten by it when I was having breakfast), have a better WiFi (as I keep getting disconnected throughout my usage) and better channels on TV or have smart TV (most channels are not clear on the TV).

Unusable wifi and unwatchable televisions took this hotel from what was promised to be a high-end boutique to a place that seemed to have seen better days. There are nicer, better-maintained hotels nearby for lower cost than Hansar.

This is my second staying at Hansa. The reason I come back because I like the design of Vertigo Suite, breakfast. But now since Covid-19 situation, you have changed breakfast room and the choices of BF menu are not much. Also the bar at L level so quite. Better to have vibes to make us wanna spend some time and have some cocktails down there. So these two points make us a little bit disappointed and hope that things will get better soon.

Low quality service!!!
The hotel service is below the standard. We order food delivery from other restaurants for around 2-3 times for 3 meals. No ones let us know when food arrived. We need to call to reception to check every times. We stay in Vertigo suite but only 4 bottles of water for us. and we need to pay if we ask more water. Bottle of water here is very cheap but they can't provide more for us.
Staffs are very nice. The room is larger than I have expected. The location is exceptional. It’s near Central World shopping mall and Lumpini park about 10 mins walk. Also it’s really close to BTS skytrain about 2-3 mins walk.
Very nice hotel, great location which is not for away from shopping area, the Central World. The room is huge and clean. However, Wi-Fi is poor signal. Overall, value to stay for your vacation.
We stayed in the Vertigo Suite and what I liked most was the huge bathroom. There was a separate bath tub and shower, two vanities, and closet space. I also liked the low bed. Very japanese style. Free minibar and great breakfast included.

Disappointing
The cleaning service was very poor to not there at all. We had to call reception 3 times to get clean towels after returning to an un made up room in the late afternoon despite the please clean light had been on all day. Also very poor greating service to help with luggage upon our arrival We had used this hotel in the past but standard has clearly deteriorated . NOT 5 STAR for sure
