Sadly, I booked because it showed it had swimming pool, but the pool area was surrounded by trees which had leaves dropping constantly onto your body when sunbathing and the pool was full of leaves. So not ideal

During this season, it's pretty windy at the pool area. Normally, we do filter the leaves once a day and try to not disturb the guests. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Nice hotel about a 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Rooms had ample space and were comfortable. Close to downtown as well about 10 minutes.

Cleanliness must be improved, especially floor.
There is not clean for bath room floor and also in room. We have many noise go inside if another room made something.

Dirty room, especially the bathroom. There were detergent remains near the washbasin, the tap was not clean. Warm water was not in good condition. It made only very hot water or not hot at all. Air conditioner was in bad condition (too warm at day time even set to 18°C and water keeps dropping from the indoor unit).

Great hotel, bit of a walk.
The hotel is very nice but it is a bit of a walk from the nearest station. Not much in the way of shops etc around either, although a couple of family mart's nearby. That said, I did enjoy my stay here I found the young lady on reception to be very welcoming and helpful and generally speaking the staff were all very good. The room itself was comfortable, clean and I thought, very good value, it even has a little kitchenette (although no microwave). If you have no issues with the walk to the station, I would recommend this hotel, also when you do get to the station (Ramkhamhaeng), it is very well situated with regards to linking up with the rest of Bangkok.

Good value for money
Great hotel for what you pay (£10/night for 2 people). Daily housekeeping and new toiletries. Location is ok - would strongly recommend using the fab train system and there is a train station roughly 10min walk away. Reception seem very confused regarding taxi bookings - 2 out of 2 didn't show and reception had no recollection of us booking . . . My advice is get one down the street or just ask when you need one there and then. Staff are lovely especially the young girls. One member of staff rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an additional wifi code as I have two devices which I found annoying but that was just one hitch. FamilyMart is 2 min walk as well for basics. We would stay here again especially considering the price.

FOR WHAT I PAID IT WAS GOOD VALUE. APPROX 400 BAHT PER/NIGHT CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE I NEEDED TO GO VIA TAXI. RESTAURANT WAS AVAILABLE FOR CHINESE BUS TOURISTS BUT COULD OF PURCHASED FOOD IF PERSISTED. WAS CLOSE TO SOME GOOD LITTLE THAI FOOD SHOPS HOWEVER SO SUITED ME FINE. OVERALL I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL, HAD MY THAI WIFE WITH ME ALSO HELPED WITH ANY TYPE OF LANGUAGE BARRIER. THEY COULD SPEAK A LITTLE ENGLISH ASWELL.

Generally nice hotel for the price...
The staff members are generally friendly and helpful ... but many are struggling with simple English... But everyone seems to be even worse including some bank managers that I had to deal with. I needed to supplement my simple words with a drawing, gestures and translator app .. also counter check in google map direction they provided. I got lost because of the direction which was given to me by staff. I only tried the in-house restaurant once... a disappointing cold breakfast turned me off ... everything was in a food warmer but they weren't heated. The daily 2 bottles of drinking water were delivered in old Changs 500mls glass bottles. One of them fell off the bench, broke and cost me Bt50. I could not see any of this 500mls Changs bottles at any store including the big supermarket. A plastic bottle with mineral water is being sold for only Bt14 - 20. There s facility for a kitchenette but no plates no bowls, spoon, forks. The internet is slow at the 4th floor. The instruction to link to the network was printed in font 4 and vague.

Hotel is far away from public transportation.
It's quite far away from public BTS or MRT. If you want to go anywhere , you need to take taxi first. But overall the room was clean and nice.

Second stay at Platinum Suite
This is my second review of the Platinum Suite, after my second stay. Unfortunately, although the hotel is generally a comfortable and cosy place to stay, I have some complaints: 1) Having stayed in two different rooms at the Platinum Suite, I can now attest that the air con units have been consistently weak. The two units I have used omit only a light breeze, even when switched to 18 degrees and put on full fan mode. In a hot country such as Thailand, the air con really needs to be a bit more powerful. 2) The housekeepers provide every room with a kettle, but only give you tea and coffee on the day you check-in. Thereafter, you have to fend yourself. In my view, this seems to be a penny-pinching swindle, since it's only a few sachets of tea and coffee that I'm asking for, and the housekeepers have got piles of it on their trolley. I've seen it with my own beady eyes! Despite these gripe, however, I must emphasise that the staff at Platinum suite are all delightfully pleasant (even their tea and coffee system is a bit ridiculous).

A Pleasant Stay at the Platinum Suite
Nice hotel. The room was very spacious and it came with a small kitchenette — which I thought was a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are also friendly and cheerful. My only complaints would be: 1) The cleaners kept forgetting to replenish the tea and coffee basket (not the end of the world, I know). 2) You have to ask for a new WiFi card every day. 3) On my last day a construction site opened up nearby, and the noise coming from the pneumatic drills over — I think they were a pneumatic drills — was positively deafening. Although for folks who intend to be out sightseeing during the day, the drilling probably won't be a problem.

Hotel pricing was awesome, approx $23 SGD / night. Daytime counter-service was great. polite and helpful. Night time not so. Two shift i noticed, the day time shift lady was much better then the night shift lady. Amenities wasn't there as what was stated. There was no in-room safe. "Kitchen Light" was faulty.Cable/Satellite TV has no English channels. Fridge get turned off once we leave the room ( what !? ) Location wise is pretty bad as it is out of the city area but being such has its advantage as well, you can get a taxi for meter pretty easy without them demanding for fixed price(200-300 baht) , by meter it usually is less than 100 baht. you might however get into trouble when trying to hail a taxi back to the hotel though. Suggest you to use GrabTaxi ( Mobile App ).

We arrived at 2am from a long flight and we greeted by the most friendly staff. Even though they could not find our reservation, they gave us a room and figured out the issue the next morning. The room was great and we would definitely stay again.

the rooms were not as described their is refurbishment going on so some rooms are after refurb but not mine ,there is no safes and ,the bar is not in use they only speak a couple of words of English, the hotel for chineese the staff were friendly and helpful the room was cleaned every day so no problems their, but would not recommend it, if I was told about the refurb I would not have stayed their.

パッタナカーン通りからはまあまあ近いですが、近くにコンビニが無く歩道橋を渡らねばなりません。 歩道橋を渡り少し歩くと屋台も少しあります。 ソイ11の中やこちら側に商店がなく不便です。

ホテルの従業員は非常に愛想も良く色々と助けてもらい良い人達でした！ ですが、私が泊まった部屋が端っこの部屋でWiFiが届きませんでした。 電車の駅も1キロぐらい離れていたので、そこそこと言ったところです。

여기 룸 타입 중에 절대로 스텐다드는 정말 잠만 잘분 빼고는 별로에요 . 주니어 스위트는 크기도 그렇고 가격대비 좋은거 같은데요 느낌상으로는 2배 정도 ? 일딴 저는 스텐다드로 예약해서 900바트 결제 그리고 방보고 너무 작아서 추가금 400바트 해서 방 업그레이드 했습니다. 그런데 이것은 방이 꽉 차면 안되는거니 잘생각하고 첨부터 예약하세요 .. 스텐다드 그림과 별차이 안나보여서 갔다가 차이 보면 당황 합니다. 스위트 는 비슷해여 그리고 여기 중국인 단체 여행으로 숙박잡는 곳이라서 한번 몰릴시간에 매무 복잡합니다. 참고하세요.

Overall baik, karena memang tujuan kita mau ke stadion rajamanggala, lokasinya dekat. Dekat dengan Family Mart yang buka 24 jam. Cukup dekat dengan BTS. Tetapi untuk makanan, kurang banyak variasi, dan letaknya harus jalan agak jauh. Jauh dengan pusat kota. Bagi yang tidak terlalu suka keramaian, ini cocok untuk beristirahat. Jika memesan kamar include sarapan, sarapannya enak, tetapi sudah ditentukan (bukan prasmanan), dan setiap hari menunya sama, sehingga cukup membosankan.
