"It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. Amazing place to stay in Bath
"Lovely place to stay. From the moment I checked in every team member went above and beyond and made me feel very welcome. Hotel is in a great location and the room was fantastic. Dined in the restaurant and honestly the food was amazing, which I didn't expect from a hotel restaurant. Also made use of the leisure facilities and whilst the gym is quite basic, still gives you what you need. The pool area is also a huge plus. Won't hesitate to stay here again."
