Where do I even start…the rooms are old and poorly maintained, the beds are terrible, the walls are thin and I’m no sure if the guests are louder than the cleaning staff but it’s a close call. The only thing more inconsistent here than the internet is the quality of the service received by the staff, most of whom have no business being in the hospitality industry with their attitudes and demeanor. The only thing ok about this hotel is the price and its location which neither are superb nor worth the trouble. In hindsight I would’ve paid more for a better night sleep and quality stay but you live and you learn.

The hotel is very convenient to get to, close to the airport. We reached by foot some touristic locations, such as Sagrada Familia/Gothic quart. Stuff is friendly, quick check in and check out. I would recommend this place.

Decent Hotel for price relative to other options in Barcelona. Clean, furnished with clean bedsheets and towels. Front desk lady was very helpful. allowed me to use the microwave as well to re heat Glovo ordered food. Location is accessible and walkable. Neighborhood is a bit noisy with major traffic and sometimes rowdy crowd partying late.

The team was good at rectifying issues; f.e. 1) The first room that we checked in to didn’t have proper wifi connectivity so they switched us to a different room. 2) Staff was good at accommodating and answering questions.

Nice clean rooms, good location, friendly staff, will definitely be staying again. I walked from my room to Placa De Sagrada Familia, through the Gothic Quarter and to the beach.

Hotel is older and rooms are basic. Our room's AC had trouble keeping up with the summer heat. Location is good to explore Barcelona, close to 2 metro and several bus lines.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, it was very hot in Barcelona ,they didn't have a water cooler with cold water..they provide a coffee maker in the room..or a coffee and tea station in the lobby..they have a big restaurant that you can get breakfast for a fee..but you can't get a cup of tea.... The shower in my room i had problems getting it to work, when i did get it to work everytime i took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded, because of a faulty shiwer door.. And the air conditioning in the room was so low, and i tried but couldn't get it to kerp the room cool..so i was hot and bothered all night..the hallway was just as hot... The front desk staff some of them were friendly, and others were not helpful at all,especially when you don't speak (Spanish).... There were 2 glasses in the bathroom which i used, abd it took housekeeping 3 day before i got clean glasses.. The management of this hotel needs to upgrade his property .. There were numerous bad reviews on this hotel..but i still decided to book this hotel ..and i get to see what other guests were talking about.. THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY TRIP, AND THIS HOTEL AND STAFF WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT..

Really nice clean hotel. Walking distance to some attraction in a quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable. On the down side they will need a update soon on the hotel also waiting for the only elevator working in the morning was not good

It's a decent budget option that's fairly centrally located, although about 10 minute walking to any metro stops. Staff are just not well trained. First key on checkin didn't work so had to come back down, and then got locked out by a hallway door being closed that my key didn't work on that same night again. Maid entered my room and woke me up while I was trying to sleep in even though I had the do not disturb on the door. I don't understand why this happens?? Good things: The property is dated, but everything works well, bathrooms are quite nice, very good shower temperature and pressure. Beds are comfortable enough for a short stay. There is a refrigerator in the room.

Spacious room in a modern hotel. Fixtures and fittings were not pristine but acceptable and there was no issue with cleanliness. Everything worked. Location is reasonable for the main train station (within walking distance) and there are a couple of metro stations fairly close.

If you’re out exploring Barcelona all day and just go to your hotel to shower and sleep, this is a great place To do it. But if you’re looking for luxury then look elsewhere. The hotel is old and a little run down, but it’s clean and staff is friendly. This was actually my second stay there in 6 months. I knew what I was getting, a clean room, a clean bed, in a nice section of Barcelona, a little outside the craziness of downtown.

Good choice
Hotel is really nice and room super spacious. I met 4 different staff members and they were all very nice. The only down for me is that the rooms are a bit dated. Walls needed a coat of paint, furniture had marks from suitcases and general use and the curtains look like they really needed to be washed (or maybe they were clean but rather than white they looked kinda gray. But all in all, very comfortable stay.

Staff is not friendly and not at all customer oriented. Hotel is managed by trainees and Manager is working part time and available only few hrs in a day. Breakfast is strictly ok and no cafeteria or Kitchen after breakfast hrs. Very poor service.

Hotel is a little run down, but it’s clean; and staff is friendly and efficient. it’s a little outside the main downtown area, but very close to bus stops and metro station. I stayed there for a full week and have no complaints.

The initial room had very, very poor Wi-Fi connection and had to change rooms. The air conditioning in both rooms did not work. The fridge in both rooms did not work. The staff was not helpful with the Wi-Fi issue and was reluctant to do anything to help.

We stayed in this hotel for one night a few years ago and we liked it, so we decided to come back again. This time we stayed a week. The hotel is nice and our room was mostly silent, which was great. It does show wear and tear, it needs to be refreshed and updated. The bathroom was fine but be careful when you take a shower to keep the rotating glass panel towards the inside of the shower, otherwise the water will spill out and flood the floor of the bathroom. Cleaning service, which we used only once, was not-so-good. I don't think they passed the vacuum in the room, only made the bed. They did not add toilet paper in the bathroom and the toiletries were not replenished, and they did not clean the bathtub... The location of the hotel is nice if you don't mind walking a little bit, since is not very close to the Metro. But bus H10 will get you very quickly to the center of town and La Sagrada Familia. Also, the Eixample area were the hotel is located, is a great area to stay, full of restaurants and urban activity. Loved it! Forget about the expensive breakfast the hotel offers. Just walk South a couple of streets and there are plenty of cafés on every corner were you can have local pastries and expresso coffee at a much better price...

Near perfect
Huge comfortable room, great hot water and pressure, decent English tv Chanel choice and extremely quiet. Loved that the big window opened for fresh air, but pleased when we closed it there was no street noise. Only wish we'd had a kettle on the room otherwise, perfect.
