We had a fantastic stay in our apartment in the weekend after Easter. The reception were brilliant and organised taxi transfers to and from the airport for us so it made everything feel very easy for our first city break away with children. The apartment was spacious, clean, well decorated and well equipped. We only ate breakfast in it as chose to eat out during our stay but we could have easily eaten in the apartment using the facilities provided. It was in very easy walking distance to the metro stop (Hospital Clinic) as well as only a 15 minute walk from the tour bus stops and La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. There were lots of restaurants nearby including a lovely Italian called Gusto which we were able to book via Google before arriving so it was a good choice for a first evening meal. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Barcelona as we’ve all had a fantastic time and hope to return one day. Thank you!

We had a party of 6 and were all very comfortable. The location was great - short walk to Metro. Also, a nice grocery store and market about a block away. One of the best parts of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff! Great stay!

Mercedes Heritage Apartments is like living in your own home…the area is residential…away from touristy spots but near enough… Front desk was a charmer and very helpful! There’s always someone to help 24/7 which was wonderful! The space is great, we got a 4BR/ 2 bathroom space…all amenities were provided Although the mattresses and pillows could do a little upgrading…the towels were brand new! Kitchen was complete and clean…the washer we didn’t us coz we didn’t know if it had a dryer mode…WiFi was weak in some parts of the apartment

The apartment was really great and extremely clean. The staff were extremely attentive too. The location worked perfect for us and was very close to a metro stop. The only thing I could say was a slight issue was that the second shower room was very small!

We found this place last minute and looked at the reveiws and it seemed nice. But you can never always go by some reviews. I have to say that all 7 of us were very very impressed indeed. The communication and instruction as we had to arrive late were so clear. The apartments where fantastic, lots of space for us all and well equipped. The staff at reception were sooo lovely and helpful in everyway, from ordering taxis, to helping with information on places etc. The location is not to bad, there are supermarkets, pubs, little delis so near and the metro was just round the corner. As for taxis they vary so much in price as we always had 2 which went the same area and they varied abit in price. But thats just way it is. We all would come back to this accommodation in a heartbeat next time.

It was conveniently located, metro stop nearby, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk lady very friendly and helpful. The pull out couch was not super comfy and the AC was kinda loud. I would stay here again though .

Our experience at Mercedes Heritage Apartments was beyond great. On arrival we were upgraded to a larger room to accommodate everyone on our trip more comfortably. The location is great, just around the corner from the metro. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. We are definitely booking this location again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Property overall was good. If you get a good price for this apartment - book it! .. Only issues we had were with the drain in the shower, built up with some water but that’s me being picky as it wasn’t that that bad. Positives outweigh the negative .. Staff are brilliant, can’t fault them & room was big & a nice size, didn’t feel tight and AC worked beautifully!

Situated in great location near to metro, Mercadona and market! Felt very safe there. Apartment was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Only minor comment is that walls are very thin and there was quite a bit of late night noise from other residents for short periods as they arrived back.

We got upgraded to a 4 bedroom. Very nice and spacious. One of beds sheets were not clean and air conditioner and pipes making a lot of noise.

Was nice Apartment. It was little far from old Barcelona and other attractions. But had shopping and eating places right there. Only thing was it had one bathroom.

Not value for money, I regret award redemption
It is in the central location. There is no parking in the premises. So, pls do not drive. Even to alight your luggages, there is no parking space nearby. Had a bit of problem in moving in with 7 adults and lots of luggages. Finally settled in at around 10.30 pm after starting the checkin at around 8.45 pm. Everyone was very tired and next day early morning at 6 am we all had pick up arranged for Montserrat for the hot air balloon adventure. All of us thought of having shower in the night before going to bed. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working. Called the emergency help and the lady was kind enough to find the person to help online in checking the problem. Then, around mid night one lady walked in and helped in setting the pressure in the boiler for hot water to flow. By the time I slept it was 1am. Again got up early at 5.30 am and without having shower we all left. Rooms are just ok. It was very expensive apartment and hence we thought it is not value for money. We got extra towels and door mats. No house keeping in our 3 nights stay. It's a mistake I did to redeem a free night for this booking as I lost the credit to calculate the average for the night award which I regret now for redeeming as my average night award was a huge loss. Hotels.com terms and conditions are not guest friendly and request other guests to carefully calculate before redeeming their free nights.

Had a fantastic stay at these apartments. Family of seven stayed in the penthouse apartment with roof terrace, only down side was one bathroom for so many and by time last couple got showered in morning water was cold. For us all minor details would happily return The only thing with regards to the booking was the taxi company who the hotel had arranged to pick us up at airport charged us 45euros for each taxi (we needed two) However on the return to airport we went to the taxi rank round the corner and the taxi was only 26 euros each taxi.

What a great place to stay! Super clean, cleaner than most of the hotels I stayed before, and a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom 2 bath suite for a family of 3! Full kitchen will dish washer, full size refrig, and a clothes washer. The unit is very new and very clean. Good enough location that allowed us to walk to most key sites such as Sagrada Familia, Moutjuic, Gothic quarter, and Casa Mila and the Picasso Museum. A few good restaurants around, too. Excellent service - a few things did not work when we checked in, and the Front Desk and manager came quickly to address all. After check-out, they contacted me about a watch I left in my room and will mail it to me internationally. Superb service! Lastly, this is cheaper than most of the hotels!

Beautiful apartment. Just wish one of the bedrooms had a bathroom attached. Instead of both restrooms next to each other in the hallway.
