The service provided was excellent. Had some auto issues when we were scheduled to depart and Sabrina (front desk manager) went above and beyond to assist us with calling the auto rental agency and making arrangements to help us get out situation remedied. Lake Garda pleasant stay
The hotel is fantastic, has a private beach, lovely swimming pool and good position between Bardolino & Garda. We had a lovely view of the lake. The staff were very helpful and efficient, the breakfast is simply one of the best we have had anywhere. The rooms are comfortable, have many extra amenities
