"We were visiting Ushaw House and this cottage is perfect location for there, Durham and surround area. Great shower, comfy bed. Easy parking outside your door. Lovely village and great pub. The Bay Horse. Thanks to John the owner for the recommendation"

25 Jun 2019The weekend we stayed 1940 themed weekend, whole community had got involved, shops, businesses, all dressed and decorated accordingly. Young and old had all participated lovely to see in this day and age real spirit of community.
