"Literally next to main station. My room faced the courtyard and had no noise at all. Which I value. Also, the rooms in the first floor require using your key card to get in the hallway of the rooms, adding extra security. The breakfast is buffet with a very large variety of options. It may get crowded and there could be a line to get in at certain peak times. It is not far by foot from the main attractions - 20 min or so to the Brandenburg Gate and then start touring. Most certainly would stay again - if they keep their prices affordable. "

"I recently stayed in this hotel and I was traveling solo. In contrary to some of the reviews my stay was really good. Here is what I liked and what need some TLC: Convenient location: It’s not in central Berlin, however I got a great rate for the room so I gave it a try. It’s about 10 min walking from Bornhomer Stranbe train station which is about 6 stops from Brandenburger Tor (center). I still have it fresh in memory because I was just there a few days ago. In terms of safety, I don’t think I’ll navigate the area at night by myself but that is usually everywhere I go by myself. This area was populated mostly with middle eastern people from what I saw so this is what the food choices mostly are like Arab,Turkish etc. If you don’t want the hassle of traveling, book something closer to central. For me it was fine as I was using the public transportation all day long. If you are in a budget, this is a great option as the conditions were excellent/spacious room etc. TLC: The hotel needs some updates like the entrance glass needs fixing/the elevator was taking a little longer as it’s only one. If I find another great deal, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Kudos to reception: very polite"
