Picked because of their reasonable prices and discounts available for multiple day stays. Indoor Pool was larger than expected, was a little disappointed to see that they have an outdoor pool as well but it looks like it’s closed and in desperate need of maintenance. Pet Friendly and were able to accommodate us as well as helped us book a reservation last minute when there weren’t many rooms available. Rooms around the back of the hotel could use some updating, definitely could benefit from more staff. Overall favourite hotel to stay at in Barrie!

The rooms are in need of updating but we’re clean. There were people living at this hotel and clearly involved in drugs and sex trafficking. A pregnant drug user tried to get into a room right beside me. Shopping carts with peoples belongings were sitting out front of rooms. Women coming and going from room next door. Drug and/or sex trafficking. Drunk/high man approached my 13 year old son and told him he was going to drown him in a bucket of ice water. Not great clientele.
