This property was horrible. We had to stay here because everything in Oxford was booked or way too expensive.It was dirty and smelled weird. The front desk staff on every shift was lazy and rude no matter how much honey you put on it. I went to Walmart and cleaned my own room. Just yuck.

The grounds of this hotel needs serious maintenance and cleaning. Water lines the hallway to the pool leaving a slip hazard. The staff was as inattentive as any I’ve come across. They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them on the two occasions I approached the desk. The amount of shampoo and soap was embarrassingly small. Do better.

The entire lobby, elevator, floor where my room was, and the room smelled of marijuana. The breakfast in the lobby in the morning is not good at all. You would think with the massive amount of marijuana in the area that the food would at least be good, but no.

There was a delay for checking in because the housekeeping were washing pillowcases. That was the only issue during our stay. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and roomy. I sleep well in the bed so it was comfortable. There was a microwave and mini fridge in our room.

Stadium light shining into room all night. Darkening curtains couldn’t be closed - would not move. We had to used a hair clip to close curtains as best we could.

Many service machines out of order. Ice machine, gym equipment, etc. Crumbs all over the floor in room. Dusty lamp shades. Booger stuck on wall above lamp. Breakfast food not stocked.

The smell in the room was not very pleasant but tolerable. A little air freshener probably would’ve fixed it. The bed was extremely firm so i was unable to get a good nights sleep. Other than that, it was fine.

The property was awesome. The staff sucked. The lady that checked me in acted like i was a inconvenience to her and her phone time. Day lady was to busy chatting with a friend.

Our only issue was the breakfast. We came to breakfast around 7:15 on Mar. 2, Saturday morning. Waffle mix was out, what few eggs were in container were watered down, some sausage was left. We were the only ones in the dining area.Needless to say, we had to leave and go find breakfast elsewhere. A reason for booking at Comfort Suites was because they offered a hot breakfast. When we returned, the dining area was full of people, getting their breakfast. Since the hours of breakfast was posted 6:00 - 10:00, we were surprised! We didn't know it was prepared in shifts. Our breakfast cost us around $30 dollars. ):

We were disappointed with the breakfast. Two days in a row there were no forks, no butter or jelly. It’s very difficult to eat eggs or waffles with a spoon and dry toast. The person in charge didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer any assistance or options.

All in all, the place is extremely nice. I just don't understand some things, not only here, but other places as well. Handicap rooms: why such a high bed? Why the farthest room from the elevator? Why not on the first floor? I just don't get it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here
After a long drive, the front dest attrndant allowed us to check in a little early. We were very grateful. Breakfast was good. Interstate noise is a bit loud, especially from these terrible truck drivers that Jake-brake every chance they get. I would recommend thos hotel over Holiday Onn and Suites any day. They actually pay attention to special requests on your room. Great stay.
