The property rooms themselves were dingy and smelled like mildew. The beds were worn and uncomfortable. The door didn’t lock. The tv didn’t have a remote, after several different replacement remotes from the front desk, the remote only would work the volume - not the channel. The phone wasn’t plugged into the wall so we couldn’t call the front desk. We also had to leave $100 CASH deposit with the front desk - we were not aware of this prior to checking in.

A number of items in our room did not work. It smelled bad and wasn't very clean at all. The staff was super kind and the breakfast was good and dining area was clean.

The place is clean, no doubt about that. However, the microwave does not work. When I looked to see if it was plugged in, it had wire showing at the plug. So, no working microwave. The light switch in the bathroom still has the old heater timer switch, which apparently is not hooked to anything, but will set and buzz and then ding. Not sure if it is actually safe. Hopefully they have the wires wrapped or capped in the wall. The lady at the desk is amazing! The outside leaves a lot to be desired for cleanliness. The non smoking rooms are a joke, because the smell of cigarettes is everywhere.

Night Receptionist was not very friendly or knowledgeable. Breakfast was dried out muffins, severely bruised apple and terrible coffee. There was no vanity area in the bathroom-only a sink. Microwave discusting and didn't work.

I would like to add that our hotel is a smokefree facility but your rooms was smoked in Mr. Mixon. Their new $100 cash deposit is an insult to this frequent customer and about 20 year Quality/Comfort Inn Choice Privilege points member. Breakfast staff is wonderful, breakfast meal is decent but basic and the place is clean

Myself and multiple other guests were promised an early check in for an event happening in town. Manager and front desk staff did not communicate this between them and this costed myself and many other time that we needed.

Check in time is at 3pm and my staff were working digilently to get rooms clean to ensure the guests enjoyed their suite and stay while with u. Our pool is very clean so I'm sorry to hear that appeared dirty to you Ms. Holly. Lastly, we would never assigned an upstairs room to disabled guest if their reservation specifies that. Was just a horrible place and experience! Arrived after playing ball all day. My girls wanted to swim in the indoor pool but unfortunately the water was green. Had to ask to move rooms because our neighbors were having a party. I counted 13 people walk out the room. Moved to another room and all we smelt the entire night was weed. Will never stay here again.

I will however, check on the issue that you've stated about the water being green at that the time your kids wanted to swim, so that it can be handled. The room was dirty, the tv didn’t work, the coffee pot didn’t work, bathroom dirty, half the plugs in the room didn’t work, the indoor pool water was so dirty u couldn’t see anything through it. Called the front desk to ask about the tv not working and the guy was very rude, he finally came to the room after 20 mins and then tried to fix the tv and said after several minutes that he thinks he it needed a cord and he would come back, but never came back. I called the front back and no answer. The next morning I asked to see a manger and was told that she wasn’t there, that they wasn’t sure when she would be back, no one here wanted to help me nor did anyone care that I paid money for a room and didn’t get the amenities described that they offer. I am very upset that I drove 3 1/2 hours to Mississippi for my sons baseball tournament and chose to stay here for the amenities of an indoor pool and the price was cheaper. Never again will I stay in a quality inn nor will I refer anyone to stay here. Worst experience ever, and the fact that I still can’t speak to a manger about the experience is absolutely ridiculous.

Advertised hot tub and did not have a hot tub. Bathroom really needed remodeling, chipped toilet seat, chipped up door, dirty chipped floor. We lifted our mattress and there was a huge stain on the bottom of the mattress. My guess is they just flipped it around. We could not fill our traveling coffee cups up. She said only a small cup? Really? Would not recommend.
