Really great place to stay.A stylish building that looks to have been recently renovated. Everything in the building looks to have had the touch of an interior designer and it’s a lovely mix of modern art and décor mixed in well with the old building. The breakfast was excellent and the service much the same. Everything was fresh and well presented. Really comfortable bed and great shower. A short walk from the City Centre. The car park could do with some more spaces as some of us had to park on the grass. Top tip would be to dig off the grass and stone it up. Brilliant stay though and couldn’t recommend it enough !

Very clean rooms. Breakfast excellent. Staff efficient at their work. Location. Good for city centre 20 mins away. Would be good to be able to link personal Netflix account to in room TV (visual vs just audio sound).

We stayed here overnight for a trip to the theatre. The hotel was stylish and our room well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The walk into the city took about 10 minutes. The route our sat nav took us was an easy walk although I would say it was very “back street” in places and coming home in the dark was a little unnerving….not sure I would have wanted to have done it without my husband!! All the staff we met were very lovely and breakfast was exceptional!! Definitely top hotel standard in my opinion. I’m struggling to think of anything they could do to improve….would certainly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff were so lovely and the room was very modern and extremely clean. There was a small lounge area with free coffee and snacks which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was 10/10 and I liked that it was slightly outside of the city centre but only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Highly recommend for a trip to Bath. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Loved it! Great location, easy walk to town, free parking. Absolutely wonderfully decorated, amazing bathroom, comfy bed, great view - and we had a standard room. Breakfast is great too, cooked to order and other bits are also available and so fresh, pastries, fruits, cereal etc. One thing I thought of though... Metal night stands is not a great idea, they are super noisy, putting phone down, glass with water, any knocks to it just so loud :))

Stunning
What a find! Absolutely gorgeous hotel with stunning decor. The staff were amazing. The breakfast delicious…treats in the bar were a thoughtful touch. Convenient 10min walk to the centre of Bath. Would certainly stay here again if we needed a base in the area; and 100% recommend.

Lovely guest house with beautiful decor. Room was incredibly spacious. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was disappointing as the hot breakfast was barely luke warm. Such a shame.

Amazing hotel, all very plush, comfy, clean and modern. Checking in and out was very easy, decor inviting. Breakfast was good, full English was tasty, eggs Benedict was ok, not a fan of the hollandaise sauce. Good selection of options. Definitely would visit again if staying in Bath!

A lovely property, very clean and well situated for Bath. However! The bedroom was freezing. It had an antiquated air conditioning heating system you had to switch on when you were in your room that took ages to heat up. After a wintera day out it would have been nice to go back to a warm room. Be mindful it is a city hotel and sits on a very noisy and busy road so our room was difficult to sleep in. We have stayed in much quieter places in Bath. Obviously not the beautiful buildings fault its location! Our biggest gripe......! When we checked in we were told breakfast was 8am until 10am. So we came down after a restless night as we were so cold at 9.50am to be refused a cooked breakfast. We were told we should have read the conditions in the book next to our bed. Who reads that! Apparently you have to be down before 9.45am. Now thats not an issue at all, had we been told at check in. We were not. As a hotel manager myself, it would not have caused too much inconvenience to cook a breakfast for two people, 5 minutes after and it was before 10am. Perhaps on check in, you should notify peope.of that. The breakfast we did have on the first morning was very good.

I would recommend this hotel, Room clean and contemporary. Free parking, walkable to Bath city centre, only small gripe, heating in room could be better, it has good air conditioningfor hot weather. Will stay here again

This is a lovely boutique hotel. It is walkable from the centre of Bath but only if you can cope with hills and steps. Staff at the property were friendly but reception is not manned 24 hrs. There is a 11am checkout which feels a little early on the weekend.

Lovely hotel in a good location, recommend
Check-in was easy and our room was very clean with a nice en-suite bathroom. The hospitality lounge provided free crisps and chocolate which was very nice. All the staff we met were absolutely lovely and very helpful at all times. A tasty, generous breakfast each day topped off a wonderful stay at a hotel we would definitely return to!

Lovely property and staff, the breakfast was really great! The only unfortunate thing is the doors can’t be closed softly so you hear doors banging at all hours. Other than that, it’s great and location is super easy walk into bath with free parking on site.

Georgina was a terrific host. She made all the difference on this visit. Our two friends who were traveling with us have difficulty climbing stairs. Georgina worked hard to get them a more convenient room. Plus she booked a terrific restaurant in town for us and reserved a taxi. The B&B itself is very good and comfortable and worth a stop.
