"Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you!"

Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. Beautiful views, lovely shower and was convenient as everything was within walking difference, 20mins of that to get into town. "Perfect size property for a group of ladies in our 40s to get together and celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. Individual beds and bathrooms in each room made it all the more comfortable. Good size property - not too big but big enough for everyone to be together. Clean property, well stocked kitchen for entertaining. "We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's House, thank you so much for the thoughtful bottle of wine and the biscuits, we enjoyed them both! The location and accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and I really like the lounging area. Altogether perfect! The only issue was the lateness of the access information but when explained that the info was given out on the day of arrival all went smoothly. Thank you Francesca, we will be back!😀"

"Our family spent Christmas weekend here and loved every minute of our stay at this lovely home. The location is perfect for exploring Bath: easy walking distance to the train station as well as all of the major highlights of this beautiful city. It is next to a night club, so there was some noise on a couple of the nights we stayed, but it didn't bother us. There was plenty of room for our family, and the rooms felt spacious and luxurious. The fireplace was the perfect touch for cozy evenings...

"Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay"
