When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." "Office VERY RUDE!!! TV Selection was good and would be ok to stay at in the summer. The heat did not work in 3 out of 4 rooms, and did not work well in the 4th room, drafty as well. The lady that cleans was very helpful and accommodating, and located a heater which helped a little."
